Samsung SSD 860 EVO 1TB 2.5 Inch SATA III Internal SSD (MZ-76E1T0B/AM)

Received the product, downloaded and used the Samsung migration software and was up and running in less than an hour, not one glitch or error. I did a boot up comparison on the computer before and after installing the new drive. The boot up time went from 5 minutes (Literally) to less than 30 seconds. Loading programs - CorelDraw and other intensive CAD programs is lightening fast. Best upgrade you can do to a computer (having a great video card is great too).

The old drive on the x230 died after 8 years. Its fast and does what it does.

Very easy to install. Using Samsung software it us easy to migrate from old hard drive. Transfer took about an hour.

Im not a fan of Samsung but for SSDs or flash storage devices, I know for sure they are the best on the market. This is my 2nd Samsung SSD and I love them. Works perfectly, read/write speeds are super fast and reliable, never had any issues with it. Highly recommend!!

Drive was easy to install and works great.

For starters, I bought my Samsung SSD with 500 GB of space for only $70 in July 2019, it could be more or less expensive when youre reading this review. But for $70 bucks, this is a SCREAMING deal. SSDs have come down greatly in price, they are definitely worth switching to. My hard drive(Western Digital Blue) was only 3 years old, yet it just failed. WD only had a 2-year warranty on the item, something I found out when I went ahead to get product support for the drive. But Im not worried about this Samsung drive, it comes with a 5-year warranty. I doubt I will have to use it since, in the SSD space, nobody has such a reputation for quality except Samsung. Samsung is known to make some of the most reliable SSDs in the market, I fully trust them to keep my drive going for hopefully longer than 5 years!
