Just received this. I installed it into the ps5 which was very easy. Started up the ps5 and formatted the drive. I am only getting 5600mb speed when advertised is 7300. I reformatted the drive again and same speed. I did buy the 2tb version.

Da die Spiele immer mehr Platz benötigen, kann man davon nie genug haben. Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall diesen hier zu kaufen.

I did not receive an old version of this drive. The company has simply updated product names and information.

This item was really easy to install and setup. The additional gaming space is phenomenal. Highly recommend if you want additional games on your ps5.

より高速の530が出たためにこの機種の価格は下がりました。そうは言ってもGen3に比べたらGen4の速さは歴然。元々モバイル向けのTiger Lakeのi5を積んだNUCなので私の用途では大満足です。スロットに挿せば触れるヒートシンクと冷却ファンで温度は問題ありません。

This seagate firecuda 530 is supposed to be best new compatible ssd w/ heat sink. I had for just over a month & it just all together stopped working! The ssd has completely disappeared like it was never even there! I’ve tried taking it out re- install , still nothing . It’s pretty crap!

Its very fast. I moved all of my most played games to it including the PS4 ones. The loading up speeds are great especially for the PS4 ones. Fitting it was simple, just follow the video on Sonys website.
