    Im listening with my new HD600 + Apogee Duet headphone amp, and its amazing. If you try using these nice cans to directly plug into your macbook pro or ipod, youre really wasting your money. I also have Etymotic ER-4Ps and they sound nearly identical without microphone amp. With an amp, it really sets it apart, especially if youre going to pay almost $400.

    Headphones are supposed to let you enjoy music without disturbing other people around you.These headphones leak so much sound that I cant listen to music in bed without waking my wife.

    Great detail, sound stage, midrange snd top end are compiling. I’ve sat Tuen to listen to a ding dnd next thing i know it’s been a couple of hours.

    The reviews are correct. Listening to these headphones is a great experience. Better clarity than the HD650 at the cost of fractionally less bass. Very much worth having to pair with other great headphones.

    Ive had HD580s for years. They sound terrific. Unfortunately they had a loose connection in the cables from the beginning so I didnt use them much--they sounded fine, but I had to play with the cables and then not move to use them.

    Excellent son assez naturel dès la première écoute avec un vieux lecteur CD Sony ES (entrée directe sans passer par mon amplificateur Yamaha). Peu de fatigue auditive après 1 heure découte malgré une présence plus importantes des fréquences aigues et médiums par rapport aux basses. Un excellent compromis de son entre mon ancien Sennheiser HD414SL filaire (datant de plus de 35 ans) et dun récent casque bluetooth Sony XM4 plus confortable à porter.
