> 24 hourSuction: I didnt expect this to compete with my full size Dyson, but it is still a little underwhelming. It is pretty much useless on even short carpet. It does decently well on hard floors, and is more comfortable to use than a handvac, but it still has about the same suction as my cheap oldschoool handvac. Battery life: Pretty good, I havent run out of juice yet when cleaning. Noise: Its very quiet compared to my other vacuums, a ball dyson, cheap handvac, shopvacs. Charging: I thought this one came with a dock, thats on me for not reading it well. Leaning it against the wall and hunting for the charging cable gets a little annoying when you only needed it for a 30 second job. Overall: I think I would have gone with the similar LG model.

> 24 hourThe vacuum is amazing however I had to take off stars for the misleading description. As you can see from my screenshot of the listing, it clearly states that a pet multi-tool and anti-allergen brush are to be included. When I opened it there was only the crevice tool and the regular dusting brush. As you can see from my 2nd photo (of the box I received), it was clearly NOT meant to include those other 2 tools as advertised nor were they included in a separate box. And as you can see from my 3rd photo, the model number matches up with the listing so it is obvious I was not sent the wrong item. Very disappointed considering I am a pet owner and those 2 tools were a huge reason I chose this vacuum and I was not expecting to have to purchase them separately.

> 24 hourFirst.. its time to throw the box out. It works well and there is no unit damage or faulty functioning. But there are a few things of which folks should be aware. One of the reasons I bought this vacuum was because it would fit below my sectional. Unfortunately, it will only go about 10 under because of a storage bracket for the handheld portion situated near the bottom. Additionally, the vacuum is very top heavy and wont stand up on its own when the unit is together. It needs to be laid down unless one wants to take it apart every time they want to rest it -- even if just to move a piece of furniture. And, although weights were given, I underestimated how heavy the top handheld vac portion is to use -- either when fully put together or on its own. In regular vacs, the weight is at the bottom, rests on the floor, and they will stand upright on their own. This unit will not. [I also never got the hepa filters on vacs which had no bag to catch the dirt, debris, dust. As soon as one goes to empty the container it flies everywhere. ] But, in terms of functioning, it does a great job. It has great suction power and the charge LASTS! The swiveling floor head gets into many corners and around furniture legs. Its also been some time since Ive used a vacuum with a light. It really does make a difference!

> 24 hourUPDATE: I had to purchase a new head because the wheels are not removable to fix. That issue is not part of a warranty, shocker. The vacuum is (yes, believe it or not) heavy because it only has 1 wheel that is functional. Fun stuff paying an additional $50 for a vacuum I only purchased in August of 2022. The product itself is fine, it is sucking up dust, hair, cordless and small head so fits under furniture is a real bonus. The runtime is beyond inaccurate. I purchased in August of 2022. The runtime is currently 15-20 minutes, FULLY charged. Nowhere near 50 minutes as advertised! I do have the booster on when using it. I do feel that is very misleading of a runtime and should more clearly state the differences of using the booster vs. non-booster battery life.

> 24 hour6 months ago I was looking for a cordless vacuum that could tackle all the shedding my dog, longhair cat and my boyfriend and I have and this has worked great! Its got really good suction and decent battery life too. It’s crazy how much it picks up even when you think your floors are clean. It has gotten clogged a couple times but thats mostly due from me trynna vaccumm up something I shouldn’t have. My only complaint is it states it comes with 4 attatchments yet I only received two.

> 24 hourAs a former Dyson owner we felt the need to try Shark because so many speak very highly. This model feels heavier than our Dyson V7 Animal, we did feel like it glides better on the carpet tho. I dislike the slide button to switch from bare floor to carpet, can’t do it all with one hand. Seems to hold a charge very well, but only two weeks in. Definitely lasts longer than our Dyson. My husband prefers the way you empty the Dyson dirt canister but I admit neither is ideal. Overall we gave it 4 stars, it does what it’s intended for, and the price is not as hard on the wallet as a Dyson.

> 24 hourGot this anti-allergen pet power shark vacuum on a Black Friday deal last week for $230 ($120) off original price. I’ve been waiting months for this to go on sale. I am very impressed with the quality and performance of this vacuum. We have 4 cats and a large dog (a lot of hair and dander) and this thing did a great job on our bare floors, carpets and throw rugs. Our previous vacuum was a moosoo cordless and while the vacuum was powerful (too powerful for throw rugs as is would pick them up unless i held them down with my foot) it didn’t pick up nearly as much hair and dander as this Shark does, plus the moosoo build quality was bad. The power fin brush roll is truly no hair tangle as no hair has gotten wrapped around it yet after a weeks use. I used it for 40 minutes straight and the battery still had a charge when i was done. Not sure how long it took to recharge but a couple hours after it was on the charger i noticed the leds were off indicating it was fully recharged. If your looking for a well built machine look no further. Get this one.

> 24 hourThis shark attempts to copy the Dyson in many areas. Some things are ok and others not so great. This is a pet vacuum to begin. See the attached pic of the two front rollers jammed with hair. Brilliant, the roller bar doesnt get hair stuck but the wheels that help it roll get jammed?! This happens day one not months into cleaning. Not so well thought out. This needs to be redesigned and recall the current vacuum head. That aside everything else is fine except suction could be better. The standard setting is weakish while the full power mode works pretty well but zaps the battery pretty quick. Ohh and no tool storage means youll be trying to figure that out next. The vacuum is ok if its on super sale and I mean way less than its Dyson rival. I would probably have returned it if I kept the box and spent more on the Dyson. I have a plug Dyson ball and zero issues. So after reading this if you purchase, just keep the box so if it doesnt work out send it back in the return window. The vacuum does work and if it could overcome these few things it would be a really good vacuum. But as is be aware. **** update: 3 months owning this. Bought a dyson. Still own the shark, but it’s now just a crevice vac. Pet hair messes up the rollers and leaves big lines in the carpet. The rollers can be cleaned sort of by ripping them out. But so often?? We’ll see how the newest dyson stick does. This didn’t cut it. ****

> 24 hourAfter using this for 3 months, I’m returning the Dyson I bought less than a year ago for my guest house. This is more intuitive to use and has much better suction. When I push the Dyson around, it blows dust and hair away if it’s not right in front of it. The Dyson was also hard to empty. The cartridge just gets stuck and it’s hard to dislodge. I thought I just needed to get used to it, but when I got this for my main house, everything just worked and worked much better. The suction is great, and I love how well it picks up hair. Perhaps one of my favorite features is the size of the battery that pops right off so you can charge it anywhere. This is a huge convenience factor. I don’t have to have the vacuum stored near an outlet. It can be stored anywhere. This is hands-down a superior product. They thought of everything.

> 24 hourI have never owned a battery operated vacuum. I have never owned a Shark. We just got a dog and as it turns out stays indoors. I needed a vacuum I could use daily, easy to grab and go without the cord to fight that would still have good suction. I had my doubts because it was battery operated. This vacuum makes the cleaning process a pleasure!!! Great suction, easy to maneuver, charges within an hour or two, lightweight, makes my carpet look brand new. I love it and would absolutely recommend it! (If there were anything I would recommend it would be they design a cleaning tool to freshen up the dust canister. Im sure I can come up with something, just being nit-picky.)
