The vacuum is very lightweight, so it’s easy to move around the house, and it holds a strong charge (about 45 minutes). The suction is good, though if it’s on the first setting (hard floor) it’s definitely not as strong and sometimes you have to push the turbo lever to get a bit more suction to get certain items off the floor-nothing I would knock the vacuum for. Overall a great product and would buy again!!

I was debating between this vacuum or Dyson. The suction is good for floors and carpet but not great. The issue is the battery life thats being advertised. I have two spots of carpet size 10x10 by the time I get to the second one the battery life ends . I called support(shark) advised them the issue and was informed battery life is 15min with the attached wand. I cant even get to that time frame when its already dead. They also said that without any attachments battery life should be (40min) mind you this is advertised for 50min. The battery I have doesnt go more than 20 min without attachments. I asked for the battery to be replaced with the warranty they offer since its a brand new vacuum and was denied, they offered me to buy a new battery instead of replacing the dud I have. People save your money and get something better than this. Not worth the $300 plus. I will be returning due to customer service not trying to fix the issue

Product performs as advertised. Really like having a portable vacuum for quick cleanups; no long cords to deal with. Only drawback: it is a little noisy. Still one of the best purchases I have made in a long time.

It worked great, until it just didn’t auction at all. I’ve cleaned the filters and made sure there was nothing stuck in the bottom blocking it, but it just doesn’t pick up anything anymore. Waste of money. Only lasted a couple of months

You will need to order an extra battery if you use to vacuum entire house.

I have tried many stick vac’s and if you have pet’s, this is the BEST! Easy to use and is light weight!

Very pleased overall with this vac. We have wood, tile and one low pile rug and the suction is very good. We do not have pets so I cannot comment on the cleaning ability of that. Its easy to assemble, change accessories and to empty the dust cup. Its a bit top heavy because the motor is in the handle bur not a problem. Runs for quite some time on one charge and charging is easy ans quixk. My one complaint is it will not stand up alone and needs to be propped up when not in use. Wish there were some accessory for that.

I had a corded shark upright vacuum for years and it works great. I purchased this to do a quick vacuum to keep up with the cat hair. I was not disappointed. It has great suction and the trigger boosts the suction for stubborn crumbs in corners. It does well on the throw rugs and door matts as well.

Battery only lasted 15 minutes and only included 2 attachments...will try another shark cordless and hope for the best..

Nice vacuum for quick cleaning small areas. Super handy when needing to reach to ceiling corners and narrow areas. Suction could be better, but it does fine as is.
