> 3 dayHad to replace an older model shark navigator vacuum we have had for about 7-8 years. Really wanted a cordless and this one with the power fins and no hair wrap was attractive as pulling hairs out of brush roll was the most annoying part of vacuuming! Did quite a bit of research and found this one from good reviews on social media, so decided to get it. First time using it was surprising! So much dust and hair and it had only been about 48 hours since last vacuum with the old shark! Gross to see all the dirt and hair the old vacuum wasn’t picking up! This shark is light weight, pretty quick charge (3 hours) , easy to use. So far , so good!

> 3 dayThe creators of this vacuum cleaner thought about everything one desires in a vacuum. The ability to detach so many different pieces makes it impossible for anything to permanently get stuck in any part of the “tubing”. The battery even detaches so you don’t have to do anything major to recharge it. Cleaning is super easy, and not having to be concerned with cords makes moving around effortless .

Greater than one weekSuction: I didnt expect this to compete with my full size Dyson, but it is still a little underwhelming. It is pretty much useless on even short carpet. It does decently well on hard floors, and is more comfortable to use than a handvac, but it still has about the same suction as my cheap oldschoool handvac. Battery life: Pretty good, I havent run out of juice yet when cleaning. Noise: Its very quiet compared to my other vacuums, a ball dyson, cheap handvac, shopvacs. Charging: I thought this one came with a dock, thats on me for not reading it well. Leaning it against the wall and hunting for the charging cable gets a little annoying when you only needed it for a 30 second job. Overall: I think I would have gone with the similar LG model.

> 3 dayAfter using this for 3 months, I’m returning the Dyson I bought less than a year ago for my guest house. This is more intuitive to use and has much better suction. When I push the Dyson around, it blows dust and hair away if it’s not right in front of it. The Dyson was also hard to empty. The cartridge just gets stuck and it’s hard to dislodge. I thought I just needed to get used to it, but when I got this for my main house, everything just worked and worked much better. The suction is great, and I love how well it picks up hair. Perhaps one of my favorite features is the size of the battery that pops right off so you can charge it anywhere. This is a huge convenience factor. I don’t have to have the vacuum stored near an outlet. It can be stored anywhere. This is hands-down a superior product. They thought of everything.

> 3 dayThe vacuum is amazing however I had to take off stars for the misleading description. As you can see from my screenshot of the listing, it clearly states that a pet multi-tool and anti-allergen brush are to be included. When I opened it there was only the crevice tool and the regular dusting brush. As you can see from my 2nd photo (of the box I received), it was clearly NOT meant to include those other 2 tools as advertised nor were they included in a separate box. And as you can see from my 3rd photo, the model number matches up with the listing so it is obvious I was not sent the wrong item. Very disappointed considering I am a pet owner and those 2 tools were a huge reason I chose this vacuum and I was not expecting to have to purchase them separately.

Greater than one weekI had a corded shark upright vacuum for years and it works great. I purchased this to do a quick vacuum to keep up with the cat hair. I was not disappointed. It has great suction and the trigger boosts the suction for stubborn crumbs in corners. It does well on the throw rugs and door matts as well.

> 3 dayJust got this today. Easy to assemble. Only got two attachments instead of the What was shown. It works pretty good. This is my first cordless vacuum so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I’m a senior with arthritis in both wrists. Changing out the attachments were a little difficult for me and it weighed more than I thought it would. My son and husband helped me. I like the convenience of not dragging around a cord. It does charge quickly. If it were not for my arthritis I would probably be over the moon. That’s not Sharks fault. If only it were lighter…..

Greater than one weekWOW!!!! I bought this after my Hoover stick vacuum (R.I.P) died after years of good service but this Shark is the BEST! It picks up the dirt, fur, feathers, hair, whatever and even works great on carpets. It can go under couches, chairs, tables, in corners just about anywhere. Then you just pop off the top off it and its a hand held vac. It runs off a single charge long enough for me to get my whole house done (2700 sq. ft.) and the beauty is that Im not dragging a cord along with me. I love it, so much so that I bought one for my son and his wife. Highly recommend this vac.
