> 24 hourThe vacuum is very lightweight, so it’s easy to move around the house, and it holds a strong charge (about 45 minutes). The suction is good, though if it’s on the first setting (hard floor) it’s definitely not as strong and sometimes you have to push the turbo lever to get a bit more suction to get certain items off the floor-nothing I would knock the vacuum for. Overall a great product and would buy again!!

> 24 hourI had a corded shark upright vacuum for years and it works great. I purchased this to do a quick vacuum to keep up with the cat hair. I was not disappointed. It has great suction and the trigger boosts the suction for stubborn crumbs in corners. It does well on the throw rugs and door matts as well.

> 24 hourI purchased this unit July 7, 2022. Today (1/25/23) I have had two calls directly with Shark trying to trouble shoot why the vacume stopped working (battery charged, works when not connected to the roller unit at bottom) So in approx 7 month the unit is not usable. In order to fix it I had to pay $48 (they gave me 50% discount and free shipping) because the floor part, with rollers, is not under warranty because the back roller turns and could be considered wear and tear. The customer service agent said Its so clean it looks brand new yet it is nnormal wear and tear. So, I would go somewhere else. To be fair, although noisey, it was great for the daily quick vacumes in the kitchen and m,ain floor of the house-(hardwood floors and throw rugs) Hope this helps you make a decision

> 24 hourI have never owned a battery operated vacuum. I have never owned a Shark. We just got a dog and as it turns out stays indoors. I needed a vacuum I could use daily, easy to grab and go without the cord to fight that would still have good suction. I had my doubts because it was battery operated. This vacuum makes the cleaning process a pleasure!!! Great suction, easy to maneuver, charges within an hour or two, lightweight, makes my carpet look brand new. I love it and would absolutely recommend it! (If there were anything I would recommend it would be they design a cleaning tool to freshen up the dust canister. Im sure I can come up with something, just being nit-picky.)

> 24 hourPurchased this on Black Friday and we love it! It works great for a home with pets and children— not to mention it’s light and easy enough for the kids to use!! It stays charged for a decent amount of time and my kids actually fight about who is going to use it. The only thing I would add would be a hook to hang it with while charging or storing when not in use.

> 24 hourI won a Dyson V8 Animal Vacuum about two years ago, in a work contest. I ended up moving homes, and my original house became a rental. I kept the Dyson at the rental, and decided that I wanted to get a cordless vacuum for the permanent residence. I went with this vacuum, as I used to always love the Shark lineup of products. The price on this vacuum is fairly comparable to the Dyson. I cannot express this strongly enough, the Shark is an absolute embarrassment compared to the Dyson. The suction is weak by comparison, the detailing brushroll marks that make the look of the carpet pop, are almost nonexistent. Shark boasts that the battery lasts for 40 minutes per charge. NOPE. Barely ten minutes, since the very day that I got the machine. I have literally given this six months for it to grow on me, and I could not be more disappointed. For the price, get anything else. I will never buy a Shark again, despite always being a huge fan. I am incredibly disappointed, and wish i would have returned it and gotten my money back. Could not be more disappointed.

> 24 hourWOW!!!! I bought this after my Hoover stick vacuum (R.I.P) died after years of good service but this Shark is the BEST! It picks up the dirt, fur, feathers, hair, whatever and even works great on carpets. It can go under couches, chairs, tables, in corners just about anywhere. Then you just pop off the top off it and its a hand held vac. It runs off a single charge long enough for me to get my whole house done (2700 sq. ft.) and the beauty is that Im not dragging a cord along with me. I love it, so much so that I bought one for my son and his wife. Highly recommend this vac.

> 24 hourThis is an okay vacuum. Its a little bulky and difficult to maneuver around furniture. It also puts off a weird smell, which I figured would go away but months later, its still there. The battery life isnt that impressive and it takes a little while to charge. The bottom roller piece constantly gets stuck in an upward position, making me stop to push it back down and thats probably the most annoying part. I do like how efficient the vacuum is, and that hair doesnt get wrapped around the roller. It does suck up a lot of dirt, especially on carpets.

> 24 hourNice vacuum for quick cleaning small areas. Super handy when needing to reach to ceiling corners and narrow areas. Suction could be better, but it does fine as is.
