This is an amazing product! I use it to clean up the floor after my twins throw all their good on it! It works perfectly!! Sucks up wet and dry food, mac and cheese, chicken, strawberries ect! It sucks it into a chamber in the disposable pads! LOVE IT!!

I hoped to use this daily to get up pet fur on tile floors and then clean the floors a few times a week. However, the pads do not hold very much fur. Id have to use a new one every day, and they are expensive. It does have enough suction and is capable of vacuuming and cleaning.

I was on a work assignment out of town and stayed at an apartment with hardwood floors. This Vacmop was the only cleaner that would get all of the dust bunnies and was easy to use. I purchased this specific option as it came with replacement pads & a refill bottle of floor cleaner. My order was missing the small refill bottle of floor cleaner. I called Customer Service and explained the situation. They told me they were going to send out a replacement bottle ASAP. I received the replacement bottle within 1 day, to make up for the minor mishap, they sent me a HUGE refill bottle of floor cleaner. Regardless of the small incident, I would buy this Vacmop again hands down.

I use a wheelchair and have dogs that shed a lot . I have laminate floors through out my house . With the naked eye I pick up the clumps of hair, but the key is to vacuum in the dark . I know it sounds crazy but the LED lights the floor on the floor level and you can see all the hair that you couldnt see with the normal lights on or in daylight. This is so light weight and easy for me to use . The pad fills up but I empty it with my shop vac and get two fills . Usually after the 2nd time I have to throw away. Again for a wheelchair user this vac is the best . If its that easy for me, it should be easy for you . Also the dogs leave kibble on the floor sometimes and it picks it up great. I dont use it as a mop, just as a easy to use hard floor vacuum. Ok update here . I had to order a new one cause the one I had was over a year old and I use it about 3 times a day. I kinda used to push a box to get some dog hair wedged in under it. I broke the handle . My fault . Well the new ones dont have led lights . The new one works like last years model and still love it. Now i taped a small led penlight on the head of it and now it works even better. More lumens shows hair even in daylight

I love the suction is powerful, clean the hardwood floors amazingly great. The only sad part is the bag for trash is very little. It gets full very quick.

Heres a cliff note review if you dont want to read my entire rant: The product is amazing, their customer support is terribly lacking and the product is misrepresented on this site. So I love how this product works, no issues with performance whatsoever. It is very effective at keeping my hardwood floors clean and I find the cost of the materials (pads, solution, etc.) reasonable to replace. The initial source of my frustration comes from the fact that when I ordered this product there were several mentions of a magnetic charger, both in the description and in several pictures they have highlighting the unit. I was really looking forward to enjoying this feature on the unit though ultimately unit performance was the most important thing. When I received the product I went to plug it in and found a traditional non-magnetic charger and port in the back of the unit and needless to say I was disappointed enough to call Shark directly and ask why there was such a discrepancy between their site and the received product. After navigating their ridiculous menus I was able to finally reach a human being and the answer I received: Essentially a shoulder shrug. Nothing but confusion at the situation with no attempt to answer why it happened or even basic lip service saying that the problem will be forwarded on or some such BS. Nope. Just basically a shoulder shrug and a Well thats weird. My next phase of frustration was when I was about to end the call with their customer service and then the woman helping me asks Would you like to order the magnetic charger? I can help you with that. So when its phrased like that Im assuming that theres another port on the unit that will allow me to use the magnetic charger, and again I really want to use this feature so I end up ordering the charger (+$35 and 2 weeks shipping). There is no additional port. There are magnetic charger versions and traditional charger versions and Im just stuck with the latter is seems. It would have been nice if the customer support specialist that recommended ordering it knew it as well but it seems that amount of training is too much for Shark to ask of their employees. The fun thing? After looking at the product now (2/8/22) you dont see a magnetic charger mentioned anywhere in the pictures of the unit, so it seems they realized somewhat that they were misrepresenting what they are selling but they lack the mental fortitude to completely follow through with it because in one of the featured videos the first feature mentioned is the magnetic charger and this is still the official item description: Shark VACMOP Pro combines powerful suction & spray mopping in one disposable pad. Vacuum dry debris, absorb wet messes, & toss the pad. Features headlights, MAGNETIC CHARGER , 4 disposable pads, and 12-oz. bottle of multi-surface hard floor cleaner. Again Im very happy with the performance of the product but thats why its just so much more disappointing that every other aspect of this purchase was such a disaster, really prevents me from fully enjoying the unit without remembering the BS, so thats why I took 3 stars off. Rant over.

The fact that the battery only lasts 13 minutes is a huge problem for me. It works great for those 13 minutes but if you have large areas that need cleaned I do not recommend for that. Its a spot cleaner at best.

First off, I have a Shark Vacuum that has served me exceptionally well for 5 years now. I do take care of it and the fact is for carpet it is outstanding. I wash the filters frequently and replace the filters from time to time when they seem to be less effective. You cannot beat it for carpet. Thank you Shark people! We recently moved to a home that has a conservatory that is carpeted and I have an area rug in the living room. The remainder of the home is hardwood floors and vinyl tile. While having that combination is a great addition to our lives, it does get soiled and needs cleaning with more than a vacuum. I studied the options and decided what is ideal for me. I am in my 70s but not a weakling, however vacuuming (the carpet vacuum cleaner is heavy for me, the wet mopping with a rag mop, and hauling a bucket of water is a huge challenge as I have about 1400 sq ft of hard floors. I wanted a light weight, no fuss alternative and by golly, this Shark light vacuum and wash is most efficient. I went to Shark first because I love the vacuum cleaner I bought 5 years The new Shark Wet/dry mop is a bit more expensive than the other brand on the market. But that is the only comparison with the other brand that the Shark light vac/wet mop does not win. I mean it folks, this light weight battery-operated product is right there ready to go in my kitchen, its easy to use, its efficient and I can clean right when the mess is made with NO HASSLE. I highly recommend it. There is no cord to struggle with, it charges easily in about four hours, and can do about half of the hard floor in my house at a time. Frankly, if you follow the instructions word for word you simply cannot lose. It has no moving parts. The only thing you need to replace are the cleaning pads. They have a built-in vacuum compartment in the pad. You do not have to touch the dirty pads, there is an ejector. There is some critical points stressed in several other reviews that I found easy to avoid: 1. I cant get my whole house done on one charge. Ans: As you learn what works best for you, youll pick up speed. Or if you have a big house, you can plan to do the wet/dry cleaning over several days. 2. I forget to reorder the pads and cleaner. Ans: Use subscribe and save! 3. It leaves streaks of grit or whatever I am cleaning. Ans: Remember that you need to do the dry vac FIRST before you make the pad wet. If your floors are REALLY mingen (Scottish for filthy) you may have to change pads midway in the wet clean. You probably know ahead of time when your floors are extra nasty. Its also easy to take the wet/dry outside and run the pad over concrete to pull off excessive large dirt, hair etc. I also have a lab mix dog and she sheds all year long here in the South. This simple appliance picks up the fur completely on the hard floors. This is neat, lightweight and easily handled.
