> 3 dayI have pets that are not always well behaved and they shed. Great for vacuuming around the litter box when they track the litter. Also good in the kitchen for getting around counters, table, etc. for crumbs, etc. My dogs leave wet paw prints and so easy to just spray and mop away. I have a large house and so I keep them in 3 different areas. I like the ones with the light so I can see under furniture. I like that they are rechargable so no cords to drag.

> 3 dayOverall, I really like this machine. However, the box contains limited cleaning pads and they’re pricey.

Greater than one weekThis is greatest time saver. I have white wood floors and a black dog. This picks up the dog fur and cleans up the paw prints. So glad I purchased this.

> 3 daySo when I got this, I was so excited so I opened it & used it as soon as I got home. Super easy to use & set up. However I am guilty of not reading all the instructions. So my 1st use I wasn’t impressed. But after reading that u use the vacuum portion 1st, then use the sprayer. It works a lot better. I was trying to use them at the same time to begin with. Pads are easy to put on & off, and trap all the yuck well. The solution is poured into the machine, unlike the swifter u have to use their specially designed bottles. Don’t have to do that with this, so realistically you can use any solution, however they recommend the shark solution. I think the price tag is a little hefty. It is basically a swifter on steroids. I love the vacuum feature. & I love the swifter style design, you can actually get into corners better with this than the swifter. And speaking of corners, it works amazing, flip the head around to where when u are up against a threshold or wall, it gets every single thing on the floor! Cracks, corners no more build up, this gets it all! It really should be priced about $40 less than it is, but I’ve never had a machine do this well on corners & against a wall. When this wears out I probably won’t replace at this price, unless it lasts longer than a swifter does. All in all, happy with the purchase, like the machine. Pads are a little pricey too. But can you really put a price tag on making ur life easier & cleaner?

Greater than one weekHeres a cliff note review if you dont want to read my entire rant: The product is amazing, their customer support is terribly lacking and the product is misrepresented on this site. So I love how this product works, no issues with performance whatsoever. It is very effective at keeping my hardwood floors clean and I find the cost of the materials (pads, solution, etc.) reasonable to replace. The initial source of my frustration comes from the fact that when I ordered this product there were several mentions of a magnetic charger, both in the description and in several pictures they have highlighting the unit. I was really looking forward to enjoying this feature on the unit though ultimately unit performance was the most important thing. When I received the product I went to plug it in and found a traditional non-magnetic charger and port in the back of the unit and needless to say I was disappointed enough to call Shark directly and ask why there was such a discrepancy between their site and the received product. After navigating their ridiculous menus I was able to finally reach a human being and the answer I received: Essentially a shoulder shrug. Nothing but confusion at the situation with no attempt to answer why it happened or even basic lip service saying that the problem will be forwarded on or some such BS. Nope. Just basically a shoulder shrug and a Well thats weird. My next phase of frustration was when I was about to end the call with their customer service and then the woman helping me asks Would you like to order the magnetic charger? I can help you with that. So when its phrased like that Im assuming that theres another port on the unit that will allow me to use the magnetic charger, and again I really want to use this feature so I end up ordering the charger (+$35 and 2 weeks shipping). There is no additional port. There are magnetic charger versions and traditional charger versions and Im just stuck with the latter is seems. It would have been nice if the customer support specialist that recommended ordering it knew it as well but it seems that amount of training is too much for Shark to ask of their employees. The fun thing? After looking at the product now (2/8/22) you dont see a magnetic charger mentioned anywhere in the pictures of the unit, so it seems they realized somewhat that they were misrepresenting what they are selling but they lack the mental fortitude to completely follow through with it because in one of the featured videos the first feature mentioned is the magnetic charger and this is still the official item description: Shark VACMOP Pro combines powerful suction & spray mopping in one disposable pad. Vacuum dry debris, absorb wet messes, & toss the pad. Features headlights, MAGNETIC CHARGER , 4 disposable pads, and 12-oz. bottle of multi-surface hard floor cleaner. Again Im very happy with the performance of the product but thats why its just so much more disappointing that every other aspect of this purchase was such a disaster, really prevents me from fully enjoying the unit without remembering the BS, so thats why I took 3 stars off. Rant over.

> 3 dayYou have to go slow and not go backward or the pad catches and messes up. But other than that, I like it.
