This wand is very handy. For anything and (almost) everything! I clean under kitchen counters, corner boards or quarter-round boards. I even use it for some furniture. It’s great for quickly picking up crumbs rather than have to do full out vacuuming.

I like the sleek design, which makes it easy to use for windowsills. It picks up dust and hair very well and compared to lots of other hand held vacuums had a pretty good suction. I just havent found a lightweight hand held vacuum that gives super strong suction, including this one. I read lots of reviews and made quite a study of it. To get super strong suction I think one would have to get a heavier machine. This one had very good reviews for the suction capacity, and Shark in general is a good brand (I have an upright Shark vacuum and love it!). It is very easy to clean and seems to be well made. It has a very small capacity for dirt, but most hand held vacuums seem to need cleaning after every use, so thats not too much of an issue. Id say overall its pretty good. If a person wants bigger capacity for debris, the design will be more bulky (i.e. Black and Decker). It just depends on what you want to use it for. Its truly perfect for windowsills and along a baseboard. I hope this helps!

Man, I’m really feeling this wandvac. Really should work on a longer suction time but if you vacuum longer than 16 minutes then you should’ve used a vacuum. Little grainy things like cooked rice and popcorn in and between the couch, man I love this thing!

We wanted a simple lightweight vacuum for infrequent use only to pick up small amounts of crumbs, xmas tree needles, drywall from drilling holes to hang stuff on walls, etc, to replace an old Dustbuster. This is working great. I was happy to sacrifice the extra features now available (like a rotating nozzle) and a larger dustbin capacity for a lighter weight product, as I have issues with my hands. Easy to use and ergonomic. Even the dustbin is easy to empty, possibly too easy if you inadvertently slide the slider. Suction could be slightly higher, but I didnt have any issues getting it to pick up a variety of stuff. It even comes with a couple attachments. The charging station is handy, although it requires a flat surface with a decent amount of height near an outlet. Our old Dustbuster had a wall mount so it was in our pantry, although it was a bit clunky as you needed to plug & unplug the charger, plus ensure it sat just right on the mount so it wouldnt fall down. The Shark vacuum + charging station was too tall to even place on a pantry shelf adjacent to the wall with an outlet. So it ended up under the sink. This wouldnt be a good choice if you wanted to vacuum an entire couch or stairs or such, but for small jobs, its awesome. Were happy with the purchase.

I know I know, no mother should ever get a vacuum for mothers day, however, after she had seen one at her moms house, she wanted one. She loves it, its kept in the pantry so its small enough to fit but hidden so that guests cant see. Saves so much time on picking up little messes instead of having to get the big vacuum clean out.

When I was in Canada I purchased one through Amazon.ca and the quality of the product was Crazy-Amazing. Now moved to the US and I found something similar at Costco Wholesale, it was a catastrophe, the succion was so poor and weak, and you had to press 4x times in order to activate it. Long story short, I returned it and bough another one from Amazon.com (US), it works definitely better than the Costco one. But, its less performant than the one I had in Canada. So I will give it a 4 star. It works okay I would say, but its not the strongest vacuum pression Ive seen in my life. Its a good gadget to have if you are in the rush and want to clean quickly your room.

Well designed product........just lacking in the suction department. The lack of suction diminishes its usefulness in many areas. I wouldnt buy another one.

Its lightweight and I was able to vacuum the stairs easily. The vacuum I have is heavy and hard for me to use on the stairs.

This is my second hand vac. The first one I purchased was from a big box store. I never had one before and thought it did it’s job pretty well. Then it died. So I thought I’d spend a few extra dollars and buy the Shark. What a difference! This one doesn’t even compare! The suction is ridiculous. It’s sucks up everything! There’s a brush attachment that grabs hair you didn’t even know was there! You don’t have to touch the canister to open it, just slide a little button. Crazy! This is an amazing hand vac and worth every dime. As far as I’m concerned, there is no comparison to any other hand vac. This one is amazing! I haven’t even pulled out my regular vac at all since this purchase. Definitely worth it!!!
