Greater than one week...in the best way possible. I got tired of struggling alond with a dust buster that never really cleaned and I had units that didnt work so I had to return them. Over Christmas I was visiting a friend and she whipped out this sleek little number. She said it changed her cleaning life. So I got one and have not looked back, I actually get a kick out of using it because it sucks stuff up so well. A must for a cat owner who battles litter tracking!

> 3 dayMove over, other vacuums, because the Shark WV201 WANDVAC Handheld Vacuum has stolen my heart. This little powerhouse is my new best friend in the cleaning world. Its sturdy, offers outstanding suction, and its versatility is unmatched. I use it all the time and carry it firm room to room. Let’s not forget, it looks fantastic too. I love the design and it can sit out in your home. Move over, Dyson, because Shark is taking the lead!

> 3 dayWe wanted a simple lightweight vacuum for infrequent use only to pick up small amounts of crumbs, xmas tree needles, drywall from drilling holes to hang stuff on walls, etc, to replace an old Dustbuster. This is working great. I was happy to sacrifice the extra features now available (like a rotating nozzle) and a larger dustbin capacity for a lighter weight product, as I have issues with my hands. Easy to use and ergonomic. Even the dustbin is easy to empty, possibly too easy if you inadvertently slide the slider. Suction could be slightly higher, but I didnt have any issues getting it to pick up a variety of stuff. It even comes with a couple attachments. The charging station is handy, although it requires a flat surface with a decent amount of height near an outlet. Our old Dustbuster had a wall mount so it was in our pantry, although it was a bit clunky as you needed to plug & unplug the charger, plus ensure it sat just right on the mount so it wouldnt fall down. The Shark vacuum + charging station was too tall to even place on a pantry shelf adjacent to the wall with an outlet. So it ended up under the sink. This wouldnt be a good choice if you wanted to vacuum an entire couch or stairs or such, but for small jobs, its awesome. Were happy with the purchase.

08-04-2025I use this primarily to pick up the daily crumbs that accumulate in my kitchen and it has been a dream to use. I also take it out to clean the car. The suction power is great! And probably my favorite feature is that it’s easy to dump and clean! I have been loving it.

Greater than one weekI purchased this vacuum on 2/4/2020 & at the time I paid less than $100. It served its purpose well for 2 years 9months 21 days and it just died yesterday. It suddenly wont hold charge. It cleans pet hair pretty well and its perfect when I dont want to deal with full size vacuum. I tried cleaning my car but didnt really have enough power for that so I ended up using it at home although I meant to use it for the car.

Greater than one weekI have a B+D handheld vac that I have had for quite a few years that has served me well, but I hate the cloth filter and the battery is going so it was time for a new handheld. That said, I am a proud owner of a Shark Duo Clean cordless vacuum that I bought years ago (when it came with 2 batteries!) and it is the best vacuum cleaner I have ever owned. Enter the Shark Wandvac. I was skeptical at first after reading many reviews, but knowing how happy I have been with the Shark vacuum, I said what the heck. I was so excited when I used it for the first time, I had to write this review. The suction is amazing and the design just works. I cant comment on battery life yet, as Ive only used it on small jobs (not the car yet) but if its anything like my other Sharks vacuum batteries, I have no worries. The only complaint my husband has is that it is not mountable on a wall, but not a deal breaker for me. If I experience any issues, I will update this review.

> 3 dayFirst off, this listing has multiple ordering options, so what Im going to say is specific to the Graphite color option. I dont know if the same would have happened for the other options available. I love the vacuum itself for all the reasons other reviewers have mentioned, but I was disappointed to find the docking station has no storage for the two attachments that come with it, as shown in all the pictures on this listing. At first I thought maybe its just tricky, but no - there is no way you can store these attachments on that base. Thats when I noticed someone (I assume the seller - America Wholesale Inc) had added black tape to the box to hide the part of the picture where the onboard storage is, and all text talking about it. Not exactly honest, and now I have to figure out what to do with these two random pieces. Not ideal, but again, the vacuum itself is great.

> 3 dayLets face it: meal times with toddlers are frequently messy occasions. Our daughter is particularly skilled at generating incredible amounts of crumbs, especially when she attacks her meals with techniques borrowed from the Cookie Monster school of table manners. Ah well, at least its cute to watch. It does, however, leave an aftermath of crumbs and culinary debris that need to be dealt with. You could, of course, use a whisk broom and dustpan, paper towels, or other tools for the task, or you could use a vacuum cleaner and just get it done. The problem with most vacuum cleaners is that you have to haul the large unit out of the cleaning closet, plug it in, and re-wind the cord afterwards. Thats a lot of effort just to clean up some crumbs. Enter the Shark Ion W1: a handheld, cordless, incredibly easy-to-use vacuum cleaner for small jobs. And just like that, the annoyance of having to drag out the big tool just to clean up my daughters post-meal rubble is gone. Heres why I really like this vacuum cleaner: 1) Its extremely easy to use. It has two buttons. Yes, TWO. One of them is the power button, which you press to turn the device on and off. The other is the button that opens the canister so you can empty it. The two buttons look a lot alike and are right next to each other, so fortunately the canister-emptying one is more of a slide than a button, which prevents you from opening the canister when you dont intend to. 2) Its very lightweight, which makes it super easy to wield. I find it to be the perfect overall length; its long enough to grab some crumbs off the floor without too much exertion, but still short enough to feel like a compact unit. 3) It has two useful attachments. One is an upholstery-type tool, and the other is a narrow-opening crevice tool. The latter has a really neat little brush that flips down when you need it - a great way of getting two tools in one. 4) It has a very convenient charging station with a small footprint. Just drop the vacuum into the slot in the charger and it will be ready for the next mess. 5) Its easy to empty: Just hold it over a trash can, press the release button, and the canister opens up to empty its contents. 6) The filter is easy to clean: just pop it out and shake it over a trash can. 7) Reminder instructions on how to do things like open the filter cover, remove the filter, and clean the filter are printed right on the device. Very handy! Anything I dont like about this vacuum cleaner? A few small picky things: 1) Its not a loud device, but its noise can be a little annoying; its surprisingly high pitched and kind of whiny. 2) I wish there was a way to mount it on the wall! I would love to have this thing on the wall of our laundry room instead of having to find a small shelf space for it. ----------------------------------------------------------- A FEW TIPS FOR USING THIS VACUUM CLEANER ----------------------------------------------------------- - When using the brush attachment, if you hold the unit too vertically the suction wont be effective because the suction opening will be too far above the surface you are cleaning (see my photo which demonstrates this). If you have it angled more than about 45 degrees youll lose suction power. Unfortunately this means you may have to bend over quite a bit to vacuum things off the floor. - There is a hinged flap inside the vacuum which you can see when you open the filter cover (show in one of my photos). I found that debris tends to accumulate around this hinge, so you may want to check it and clean it out periodically. Overall Im very pleased with this little cleaner. Its not something you would use as your primary vacuum cleaner, but for small messes it is absolutely fantastic.

> 3 dayIts lightweight and I was able to vacuum the stairs easily. The vacuum I have is heavy and hard for me to use on the stairs.
