Out of the box ready to go. As someone that has built my gaming rigs prior to covid-price hikes, I was concerned with buying off the shelf, but this rig surpasses the description in performance and value. It plays triple a without any lag. The fps is top shelf-- it is whisper quiet, the case displays the light display of the fans, logo, and other areas nicely ( the mouse (superior dpi) and key board (nice click to the keys) also have the same lighting pattern and quality. I am definitely a Skytech convert. This company knows gaming and how to deliver a powerful and complete system and at an affordable price.

I know that this is made as a gaming computer, and it works amazing for the gaming that I do. However, I bought this computer with the aim of being my primary computer for school during the pandemic. Ive had it for a week now, and its worked tremendously. My main concern was how well it would handle video and audio via Zoom, because my last computer had significant issues with these areas. This computer has been a beast and made this a much more enjoyable experience.

Good computer, did have issues in the first week with power supply connection being not entirely connected but customer support was able to help me

I have been looking for a good gaming PC for awhile, after a fee trial and errors, I finally found one that works perfect with my games. I needed one specifically to run the Microaoft Flight Simulation i. High quality. And this does the work perfecrly, it sun very smoth, load super fast. Its ben about 2 month and I couldnt be more satisfied. No isssues so far and I have using it for gaming, daily.

I was blown away from the moment I began to unbox my PC, I knew it was going to be all the parts I needed, but I have no idea how well it was prepared for me and the peripherals that were included with it I had no idea were included with it being extremely high quality. I am a power user and someone who uses a large amount of user modifications so I can appreciate the level of design that went into the keyboard for sure its amazing. The Pc itself is beyond Satisfying. I love it from the feel of the casing to the glow of the lighting It is by far the best purchase Ive ever made and the most impressive display of customer service Ive ever seen in my life. Thank you guys so much

Well, it only lasted a little over 4 months and now does not work. Fans light up and so does keyboard, but nothing else. I will reach out to SkyTech Gaming for assistance and post a follow up here.

Overall, I feel its a good purchase. However, the motherboard, was definitely NOT the one shown. For someone like me, who likes to get inside a PC and upgrade - I was very disappointed by the motherboard.
