All I had to do was unbox and plug in. Setup seamless and smooth as glass. I got it for my daughter and she squealed in delight when she saw it up and running, she 28 years old. She hopped right on to load some of her games and started playing.

I originally bought a model that was $50 less and that had the 1660 GPU and 8 gbs of RAM compared to this one with the 1660 Super and 16 gbs of RAM. I sent an email to customer support and they helped me cancel that order and purchase this model. So it was a nice buying experience. When I got the computer I was impressed by how it looks inside, clean with a lot of space. I also bought a 2 TB HDD and installing it was a breeze. If you want to install an HDD, there is a space for it next to the power supply, on the other side of the tempered glass. There is bracket for it there, like in my picture. You only need an extra SATA cable for that. At first I was impressed by how neatly all the cables were back there but I had to cut a zip tie that held a bundle of cables to use one of them to power the HDD. Thats when I took that picture, and not after that did I realize that this company included several extra zipties you can use to put them back neatly. That was very impressive, and I think that they did a good job in allowing the buyer to add an extra storage device, because there is also an unused slot for an SDD in the front(glass side). Boot up was easy, it was just Windows so overall I give this 5 stars. Just keep in mind Ive only had it a couple days but if nothing changes this will remain 5 stars.

I feel pretty awful about this computer. I got it on January 17. The Bluetooth stopped working on February 1. And today February 2 IT CAN NOT CONNECT WiFi!!! I got this computer for gaming and now it can not even connect to WiFi??? Are you kidding me? I am not professional so I don’t know if there is actually more problems with this product and I don’t know how to check it. But the fact is that it’s only been 2 weeks and I got so many problems with this product already. I just don’t know how bad could this product be????

Couldn’t tell you too much about the actual gaming. But the computer arrived with numerous wires smashed and the sheathing damaged. Not not even 24 hours in the hdmi ports stopped worked. Tech support recommends to said it back..... I gladly agreed!

So I was a bit nervous after reading some negative reviews; as a starter pc this baby is beautiful and perfect. It’s beautiful. The fans are quiet. It was easy to set up, and obviously a starter doesn’t mean it’s anything big and fancy but I do feel like I got a bang for my buck and I’m very happy.

Alright, I’ve had this PC for about a year and a half. I purchased it looking for a prebuilt back when GPU’s were super expensive.

This was a great pc for a good price. Good for a prebuilt and would definitely buy again. Graphics are amazing and cooling is great. Would recommend to anybody.

My grandson wanted this for his birthday and Christmas and he loves it. It does what he wants and the fun colors flashing made it a hit!

So far so good! Got my Xbox hooked up to it and downloaded a couple pc games, everything works well.

Excellent for beginners and I recommend it and shipping is very fast
