I was very excited to get this pc actually little excited so that when it came and it wasn’t working probably really ruined my day so now I’m going to try and contact support and see what my options are I just hope that I can get everything to be right for the price you pay it’s very disheartening for it not to work I’ll update this post as I go with the customer support fingers crossed everything gets right

Computer will work fine and seems to perform well, however anytime I leave the computer and come back, the computer no longer recognizes the monitor or keyboard. Ive had to restart it everytime and none of the troubleshooting has made a difference.

100% ready for use, easy setup

The Skytech Archangel computer arrived 10 days early via UPS. No apparent mishandling, accidents or problems with packing or any issues with QC from Skytech. The computer ran fine after removing packing material and a cursory inspection revealed no loose cables or any other problems. It started right up and configured Windows 10 with no problems. I opened it up and installed a Samsung 970 1TB M.2 SSD with no problem. Then, installed Linux Mint Mate 19.3 on the M.2 drive and set it to be the default boot drive with no problems. Everything works fine and runs well. It hums a bit if/when its fans need to kick up a notch for extra cooling (not very often, at all) but not what I would consider noisy or loud even then. And its FAST!! Really FAST!!

This computer is amazing! Right out of the box the RGB lights amazed me! Kinda big, but not too big. Although, upon arrival, my WiFi card was damaged, which I only found out after 3 days of chats with employees from Microsoft and Dell. When I confronted Skytech about this, they were very sincere and sent me a new WiFi chip immediately. Outstanding download speed for everything, including my 90GB game. Astounding graphics. Surprise mouse and keyboard are great, although the mouse fits a 13-year-olds hand, so might want to buy a separate mouse if you like mouses that are big or fit you. Fans are insanely quiet for 4 fans. SSD allows boot up from shut down on a slow day in 20 seconds, and boot up from sleep in just 2-3 seconds. Definitely worth it, and I can see this working for multiple years to come.

I bought this PC as my gaming PC. This arrived one time and in good condition. All instructions were in the box and windows was installed already. From someone who shopped around and read the most negative reviews I can say that this PC is the one your safe to choose. The only issue that I had was the cooling fan was not plugged in all the way therefore i had to plug this in but that was a simple fix. ALWAYS check the parts before you turn it on and just be gentle at first. GREAT buy!

IF YOU BUY THEIR PRODUCT OFF AMAZON BUT NOT FROM SKYTECHS APPROVED SELLERS LIST THEY WILL NOT HONOR A WARRANTY. Couple things right out of the box make this machine a bad call. 1. No integrated video card so you must run any monitor or tv off the gpu only 2. The power supply vent and fan is on the bottom so can not be placed on a carpet 3. The way the fans are set up you only have 1 intake which is covered and only intakes through the tiny holes in the front. That being said yes there are a bunch of exhaust fans but they are just removing hot air from in the machine barley any fresh room temp air is entering making the other 3 fans pretty useless waste of power 4. No upgrade capabilities I mean you can add 2 more ram sticks but that is it basic mother board 5. The over all customer support and tech support are terrible and rude. I have had to contact them 4 times now with issues. 2 people had no idea what they were talking about like at all had to youtube my answers. 1 person was so rude and basically just refused to give me support just kept not answering my questions and not trying to find out and help just wanted off the phone. 1 person though he was like the guys you talked to have no idea what they were talking about. How much time you got? We will fix these issues in 20 mins and he did so 1 out of 4 people were helpful the other 3 were useless and or careless. I wound not recommend buying from this company.

Everything was great when we got this PC and my daughter was extremely happy with e i ok if base she had saved up almost a year for. But then....nothing. By nothing I mean the PC would turn on but the screens wouldn’t.

I ordered this computer for my 14-year old son to play video games. The computer he had been using was very slow compared to this SkyTech PC. The graphics were better also. Alos, the computer was very easy to setup. We only had to plug in the peripheral components (mouse, keyboard, speakers) and we would good to go. I highly recommend this computer.

I bought this gaming pc for my 13 year old son for Christmas. Hes been playing COD and Fortnite on ps4 for a few years. He loves the PC and hasnt been back on the playstation since Christmas. Setup was easy. Definitely no disappointments so far.
