    Note, these REQUIRE a 4th neutral wire! I had to have our Contractor run a 4th wire in order for these to work. After that, no issues. Easy Alexa integration.

    I very rarely give any product five stars, much less ones from some no-name importer of nondescript Chinese products. But this dual WiFi wall switch deserves every star. I was easy to install, connected instantly to my WiFi and Alexa, and has worked flawlessly since installation. And, it looks good too! I have to admit I have a strange predilection for blue LEDs. The only issue with installation is that the switches are bulkier than normal switches so the electrical box gets a bit cramped. The switches use a generic smart home app from a company called Tuya. The app, which I already had been using for some smart wall socket switches (from yet another anonymous importer of Chinese goods) recognized my new switches without a problem. There are actually two apps from Tuya Smart that look slightly different with slightly different names, but seem to work the same way. Likewise with the Alexa skills: two different ones, but it doesnt seem to matter which one you use. Once connected I was able to ask Alexa to turn on/off my bathroom light, turn on/off my bathroom fan, or simply, turn on the bathroom. Just dont expect any kind of support from any kind of company: even a google search came up empty (if I remember correctly, I was pointed to some French company that doesnt seem to have any contact info). And Tuya is just a 3rd party app maker that multiple makers of smart home tech uses. Luckily, I havent had the need for any support for these very reliable switches; but I was hoping for a larger print instruction manual (the print on those things are getting smaller at the same pace my aging eyes are failing me). So, I highly recommend this product.

    Amazon Devices said its a third-party app so they cant help me. Finally after reaching somebody at normal customer support, I was given a contact support email for the manufacturer, wish I was told has an 80% success rating which is pretty good. I emailed but before I get a response, I called my internet service and he created a split so that I could connect the app to 2.4 GHz which is what it requires. Works now

    They are great, the only issue was the network connectivity. It comes for 2Ghz when most of the internet in houses today are 5Ghz. Beyond that all good. Compatible with Alexa

    Wasn’t the easies to setup. And now one stopped working and unreachable by WiFi. They are both installed in the same socket?!?! Looks good quality but something is just a bit too messed up with the setup.

    I love the fact I can turn on my fan when my husband leaves for work in the morning, and then turn it off when I want to get out of bed without getting too cold. Very easy to install, very easy to set up. My only issue, and its probably just me, is that the light is a little bright, so the LED light thats in the switch itself is kind of bright.

    The store was not to cooperative as these are only listed on the USA (.com) indicates on Canada (.ca)site in a month. Store said order it on .com. So you will pay duty. The switch is made of plastic including the mounting portion of the switch so don’t tighten to tight or it will crack. Also switch is slightly larger then cover plate. So have file the cover plate. Switch requires a hard push for the switch to operate and must be pressed on the power light. . Works with smart Life, Alexa and google home. Switch mounting holes are one horizontal one vertical so can not adjust so it fits in the cover plate with mutable switches.

    After wiring these switches up, I tried to put the first one in to wifi setup mode. At first, it looked like a fast blink, but it just never got picked up by the Smart Life app. I also could not see a new MAC/IP address on my router (it does 2.4 and 5.0Ghz and has different names for each SSID). Also, the light it was controlling would just turn off after 3-4 seconds. Thats when I noticed it was flashing a blink code. Im not positive, but I think it was 7-6-4-3. I reached out to the email address mentioned in many of the other reviews, and while they did respond, they just kept telling me to read all of the instructions. This went back and forth a few times, and finally I just ordered two of the Martin Jerry smart switches. I have 5 of their wall plugs, and they all work great. After connecting the Martin Jerry switches, they just worked and setup was as easy as these should have been since they both use the Smart Life app. There was nothing wrong with my wiring or my network. These switches are KS-602. There is zero info on google about any blink codes, but there does seem to be a website that has people discussing flashing them with their custom firmware. Interesting hobby idea, but thats not for me. Also, I was only finding one other switch that came in a 2 gang kit (it is a KS-602s - I didnt want to risk it), so all I had to do was go buy a new face plate for the Martin Jerry switches. Other people on here are giving these switches 4 and 5 stars, so they must work, but somehow I got two duds. Its not the end of the world, but the amount of time I had to spend assuring Lulu with their support was excessive and a bit aggravating due to what I assume is a language difference. If you work with them, be patient. I did feel like they were genuinely trying to help.

    Installed with no difficulty. Downloaded app. Went through complex programming; guidance available only in app and very awkward. Worked manually and through scheduled on and off for a few days. Then scheduled functions did not occur. Still worked manually and showed operation to be scheduled but all failed to occur. Repeated app download and set up several times, still no response to scheduled events. Removed and replaced with KASA.

    The product is well made and works great, but the jumper wires that come with the product is the wrong kind of jumper wires. The wires should be a solid wire not a shredded wire. The reason: when the jumper wire is placed into wifi plug, the set screws will not tighten down on the shredded wires enough to hold it securely. In the photo, the jumper wire is the shredded wire the other wire is a solid wire.
