I really like this steam mop. Love all the attachments that came with it as well. It is very easy to use and is satisfying to clean the walls and floors with ease. I use regular tap water in mine and have no problems.

I have ceramic tile in the kitchen and the hallways. This steam mop leaves the floor clean and smelling fresher than the swifter I have been using. With the disinfecting you get with steam I am less concerned about my grandson playing on the floor. The only negative is that the tank is small and requires frequent refilling.

Bought this for my white grout! It works great but the bristles started falling out after twenty minutes. Can I buy replacement brushes? Also the carpet glider came cracked :( The steam part of this mop is fantastic! It’s just the cheap attachments.

Mopping is a chore I absolutely detest. I hate it. I have owned several steam mops over the last 20 years and this one is my favorite. The water well is easy to fill. The water heats up fast and you’re ready to go in a minute or two. The mop pad is large and easy to attach to the mop head. And easy to remove. I like that! Mop heads are machine washable so you won’t be wasting money on disposable pads. No chemicals of floor cleaning products needed. The steam cleans floors naturally and thoroughly. I use it on hardwood flooring, vinyl plank flooring, and regular vinyl flooring. Does a great job every time. Super easy to set up. I’m very impressed.

This steamer works very well. I’ve only used it on my laminate wood floors. But it did a great job. The only thing I wish is that it have a scrubber for the hard to get up spots. Easy to put together an easy to use.

This steamer is portable, easy to use, and heats up in seconds. I like that I can use the mop head as traditional upright for floors, or I can detach it and use it as a handheld for shower walls. This allows me to cover more vertical area at a time for routine cleaning, as Im not limited to just small attachments. The steamer has an ingenious weighted water intake tube in it, so that no matter what angle you hold it at (including upside down), the intake tube will always flop back down to remain submerged in the reservoir, allowing for uninterrupted cleaning.
