We were really impressed with this steam mop! The price point is good and it’s relatively small so it doesn’t take up a lot of space. You can use it to steam floors and carpets and it also has a detachable hand-held steamer with different nozzles. Looking forward to see what all it cleans!

I like that it isnt loud. I use it while my kids nap and it drys so fast. I would like to note this is my first time ever owning a steam mop. Havent used the attachments but the floor one n its pretty good. I use it in between moping. I mop every other week.

I have used the mop once and seems satisfactory so far. Will rate the product after few onre uses. One of the mop pads was defective and threads coming out. I had messaged seller thro amazon for mop replacement but so far no response from seller after over two weeks. Poor customer service. will consider returning the whole unit if no response. Ramesh

Just started using floor steamer to clean Saltillo Mexican Tile (2000 Sq ft). Great hot steam on Max setting! Havent used any other function /adapter yet. Had to dig up funnel to get (distilled) water to fill unit and NO WAIT until I got huge STEAM! Water reservoir could be larger capacity, but using the max steam setting may shorten the normal run time. Floor steamer moved around pretty well and navigated into tight spaces, but not so agile under furniture; and not slim enough to go under couches as the detachable steamer part rides a bit too high. Didnt try it removed from stick part yet. I didnt order any extra floor pads but did find I could easily use ones from 2 sided Shark pocket steamer and one sided pads also fit!! Note: I will not be using pads on Shark steamers again because that brand seems to croak after just 6 - 12 months of service! Order was delivered promptly and although the box had visible damage (ripped/hole in carton) there was no damage to contents. So packaging from Seller very adequate.

The steamer heated up quickly and the cord was plenty long. However, the mop is a little difficult to push around. Tried it on our wood laminate floors & the mop cleaned some dirt but left most on the floor. When I let the steamer sit on a tougher spot, it totally removed the shiny finish!! We had to reapply floor polish several times to the spot. Our laminate floors are not old and are in very good condition, so this was an unwelcome surprise. I would only use it on tile floors. Havent tried it on carpet yet, as we just had it professionally cleaned.

Works great and very easy to assemble and use. Leaves my floors spotless. The extra attachments come in handy for the hard to reach places. Wish I would have bought this years ago!
