Good product for the price. Long cord that reaches a long distance. Water canister is large enough to cover the majority of my tile area! I would recommend it

This is a great product the best part is that you can do multiple type of surfaces like carpet, tile, wood even windows. Plus all the accessories are easy to switch.

I lije the steamer but doesn’t seem to flow as easily over wood floors. It kind of gets stuck if you have to push hard. Never had that problem with my shark. I’ve put pads on and they seem a little big for the steamer in that Velcro is past the marks. Any suggestions?

I love the versatility! We got this for our lake cabin. We were in the middle of remodeling our bathroom, and planned on replacing our shower. The shower walls were covered in water scale from our hard water. I used the steamer brush accessory and simply ran the brush back and forth over the shower walls and you could literally see the scale running down the sides. Our shower didnt need to be replaced and the walls and floor are like brand new. Great product if only for that! Saved us the cost of replacing the complete shower!

The mop works great but oh my goodness - the extra tools are really awesome. I used the curved nozzle to clean underneath the hood of my stove, which had been sticky and nasty. It worked beautifully. The mop is super easy to fill and use, and it’s very lightweight.

I love how fast this mop heats the water up, makes mopping so easy and actually enjoyable. No messy buckets or soap, so I feel about not putting chemicals on my floor. I really love this mop and now I look forward to using it!

This works so much better than mopping and I spend way less time cleaning my floors with this steamer. I have not used all the attachments yet and don’t think I’ll use it much on carpets, but I did use it to clean my sliding glass door, what a time saver.

Easy to use except getting the slide plate over the cloth to steam carpet. I do think my allergies improved after steaming my house. Feels adequately wet, but dries quickly. Tried to steam an oven mess, but it didnt touch it, unfortunately.
