Switch works great, set up is wonky and the energy reading doesnt work.

Very easy to connect. And works great with Alexa. Now hand free with my living room lamp, great product with the price.

No dislikes, I love them.

The first thing that I noticed about this was the maker...it was interesting for me to see Monster throw their proverbial hat in the smart home ring but I think its great. The second thing I noticed was the MSRP but it was actually very reasonable. I remember a few years ago anything like this would be triple or more. In addition to this being Smart, it tracks energy usage. I am not sure how accurate it is (and I dont have a device at the moment to confirm it), but the math seems to make sense and add up. This was simple to install, it has been pretty easy to integrate with my existing system. I like the simplicity, the features, and the value. Pros: Easy to install Great value Tracks energy usage Works well Cons: I wish it took up a bit less space because it is sometimes more difficult to maneuver around it

It wont connect to the wifi and gives you a please try again later message. TRASH.

I could not set both on and off times. I would enter an on time and then go try to set an off time and it would change the on time to match the off time. Apparently you can only use it as an or an off switch but not both. Only one would connect to the WiFi out of the box.

Very affordable. It arrived fast but first time without instructions. I had to return it and the seller followed up and sent a replacement along with instruction. Good customer service in doing so. The replacement arrived quickly and it took me just a few seconds to connect it. It works great. Nice product. I highly recommend it.

I couldnt setup an account. I tried 3 different emails, checked spam folders, sent the direct email that the app suggests etc. I sent an email to cust service. The next day i received an email back with a temp password. Setup wasnt too much work although the app seems outdated and clunky. I decided to try the plug out on some things that I had a good idea of how much energy they used. From my experience the usage recorded by the plug wasnt even showing half the energy that was being used. Since this was the main selling point for me and its not accurate, Ill be returning.

If you want to move this plug around and look at the energy data, you wont be able to reset it each time. It appears to only show cumulative energy data.
