> 3 dayThis product was pretty easy to setup and install. I havent had issues with it disconnecting either. I had heard good things about switchbot and decided to give them a try but wow I really did not like the app. I have many other smart switches that use the Smart life app or the Tuya app that I was wanting to replace because these from switchbot have energy monitoring. Well Having to download another app + having to sign up for an account was pretty annoying. I signed up for an account without being given a choice and then starting running into problems with the app. Needless to say all the annoyances quickly outweighed the benefits for me. The SmartLife plugs are often smaller or the same size with dual plugs. These from switchbot are just too big, and with a mediocre user experience, even for the price. 33 stars, I wish I could like these but Ill be staying with my cheaper, smaller, and easier to use smart plugs.

Greater than one weekThe only problem that I have with this is that it automatically locks to the off position because my dehumidifier apparently uses too much power for the plug to handle. So I can possibly find other applications for the plug but I cant use it for its intended purpose.

> 3 dayI absolutely love having this around! I have lots of lights that I use for decor and in order to save money on electric I decided to buy this smart plug to set up a routine of when they turn on and off! I can even pair it with my Alexa and turn them off then, it’s inexpensive and has an app that’s easy to use, the company has wonderful customer service as well! Hope you all enjoy it! I sure do!

Greater than one weekThese work exactly as intended, and the app is very easy to use, with one notable exception. Theres no timer condition in th scenes tab. You can set different devices to turn on and off following a schedule, but theres no way to tell a device to turn off after X amount of inactivity time.

> 3 dayDoesnt connect to my wifi no matter what settings I change. I cant even bypass this step either. If you buy this product throw it in the garbage where it belongs. Cant even use it when I got it. Fix your app its broken.

> 3 dayI use it mainly to monitor a PC in my house. It works instantly and has a built in power meter in the app, I will say the power meter is very lacking tho, could definitely use improvement as it only provides real time. They could add things like: Max power draw, average power draw 10% highs and lows etc, but all things considered it’s a nice little wifi outlet.

> 3 dayWont let me control via bluetooth, wants to connect to my wifi which I am explicitly avoiding as any smarthome app connected to your home network is undoubtedly spyware, why I try to limit. If the seller can explain to me how to do bluetooth only control. I will revise this review but as it stands the plug requires their spyware to have access to my home network, which I find unacceptable.

> 3 dayWant to water your plants Tuesday, Wednesday, Sunday from 1:11 am till 12:02 pm? Me neither, but with the scheduling function on this thing, it would be really easy. Attach to a pump and work out your drippers/connections. This thing will make turning the pump on and off the easiest part. It connected without trouble, and after the schedule completes, it creates a log of it having been executed-- checkable anywhere, on your phone.
