> 3 dayI’ve been appreciating and enjoying my SwitchBot outlets to time connections to my aquarium. I’ve found it extremely helpful as a timer for both my lights as well as the wavemaker

> 3 dayThe Switchbot Smart Plug Minis are a great value when you buy two. I paid less than ten dollars each. They also do more than other smart plugs I have. I love the energy monitor feature. I can control them with my Echo Dot, or my Google Hub, which is important. They integrate well into the other smart home products I bought previously.

> 3 dayFirst off, this will only work on WiFi if you’re in the same exact room as your router. If there’s a wall in between the plug and your router, the signal is too weak (meaning they use a ridiculously cheap and inefficient WiFi antennae.) Second, the plus seems to severely reduce the power coming from the wall outlet; either that or the power reading feature is completely inaccurate. I have my iPhone plugged in and charging via 2.0Amp charger; the SwitchBot app says it’s only pulling 0.1A, or about 4Watts, which is not right. I got this smart plug to be able to charge my EBike battery, which uses a 2.0A charger. However, when I use it for that, it’s only pulling 0.1A which is not enough to charge the battery in the time it’s so poised to take. (Takes 10+ hours rather than 5hours, like it does when just charging from my wall outlet). Don’t buy this plug at all, I’ll be returning mine. Thanks for the inconvenience, I guess.

> 3 dayI have few US devices with US plug, so this is so handy to have. Great features such as voltage monitoring, scheduling, routines, indicator light, manual switch on/off. Cons: a little too wide if using multi-extension socket. No UK plug adapter provided. Pros: fairly priced, works with applehome kit, Alexa, & more. Recommended

> 3 dayThis product was pretty easy to setup and install. I havent had issues with it disconnecting either. I had heard good things about switchbot and decided to give them a try but wow I really did not like the app. I have many other smart switches that use the Smart life app or the Tuya app that I was wanting to replace because these from switchbot have energy monitoring. Well Having to download another app + having to sign up for an account was pretty annoying. I signed up for an account without being given a choice and then starting running into problems with the app. Needless to say all the annoyances quickly outweighed the benefits for me. The SmartLife plugs are often smaller or the same size with dual plugs. These from switchbot are just too big, and with a mediocre user experience, even for the price. 33 stars, I wish I could like these but Ill be staying with my cheaper, smaller, and easier to use smart plugs.

> 3 dayI absolutely love having this around! I have lots of lights that I use for decor and in order to save money on electric I decided to buy this smart plug to set up a routine of when they turn on and off! I can even pair it with my Alexa and turn them off then, it’s inexpensive and has an app that’s easy to use, the company has wonderful customer service as well! Hope you all enjoy it! I sure do!
