> 3 dayUsed on a Sager gaming Laptop that was hitting 98C under benchmark test. Temps dropped to 96C under same test, so a reduction of 2C. My laptop has the I7 8750H and Nvidia 1040Ti. I did not notice any change in the Video card temps, but they were running very cool to begin with(60s) Overall its cheap insurance and worthwhile if you doing a new install or your system is a few years old and you are going to take apart to clean. Ultimately I used Throttlestop and underclocked the Turbo Function for all 6 cores from 4200 to 3600 and it dropped temps to 88-90F, with no noticeable decrease in game play or reduction.
