I used these RAMs to replace the 4GB in my late 2012 mac mini i5 and it made a big difference in the way my computer is running. I did the installation myself by following the youtube instructions. I had a little trouble at first sliding the new RAM into the slots because it has to be set on these little railings at an angle and at first I got it in wrong and had to use 2 toothpicks to carefully get it out. Then I got a flashlight and saw the angle it was supposed to slide in. From there, it was pretty easy. No tools were needed and it took about 5 minutes altogether. The only thing I did use other than my bare hands and a flashlight was a dust off can. There was a big loaf of dust inside mine once I opened it up. Now it’s clean, fast, and smoothly running the latest OS Catalina 10.15.7 update. I’m super glad I finally did this and only wish I had done it sooner.

Finally updating / upgrading the MBP to its real potential. It moves sooo much faster.

We ordered this in the morning, around 10AM and received it the same day around 7PM. That was the main factor in this purchase. Our 2012 MacBook Pro was running incredibly slow and we needed it up and running as quickly as possible. We had looked at the installation process earlier in the day and found it to be fairly self-explanatory. The hardest part was actually removing the backing as it had 8 years or who knows what basically gluing it together! The laptop is running exponentially better and we didnt have to shell out hundreds of dollars for Apple to do the same thing giving us the same result. Definitely a smart purchase on our part and would be on yours, too.

It was easy to install, and now my computer moves so much faster. I havent seen a beach ball in the last 3 hours since I installed my upgrade. I was a little nervous at first because Mac stated max upgrade was 8 GB, but I went from 4GB to 16 GB with ease. Loving it!!

Worked perfect in my iMac 27” 2013 to go from stock 8GB to 24 (8+16). Strange, I had to move around my original memory, but once in the right slots, booted up fine and runs great. All done in under 10 minutes.

My rating is based on my experience. The product arrived VERY quickly(Next Day) with free shipping. Installation is fairly simple and took about 5 minutes.(As long as you know what your doing). Only reason for 4 stars on Value For Money is because the price is basically the average price, and nothing exceptionally inexpensive. All-in-all, Id recommend this seller to others. And am very pleased at the service, turn around time, and especially the greatly increased performance and speed Ive received with this product. Kudos
