My son & I both suffer from very sensitive skin with atopic dermatitis & eczema. This is such an amazing moisturizer for the body & even the face! No redness or burning sensation at all. Amazing product! Highly recommended!

I bought this thinking the word moisturizing means the cream acts like some of the other lotions I have: goes on and you keep rubbing your hands together until you dont feel the lotion anymore. Thats not the case. My hands feel greasy afterwards. Im afraid if I touch anything that Ill just leave oily stains everywhere. It does not have a scent though, which is nice. I just wish they made it clear in the description that it leaves your hands feeling greasy. Now Im out $15 for a tub that I use a little of each day. What you really want if you dont want your hands greasy after use is the Lite Lotion variant of this product.

I decided to try out this cream because an allergist recommended it for sensitive skin and eczema. It is very moisturizing, although a little thick so theres still a sheen of oil after applying. I had no adverse reactions to using the cream, but when I applied it on the beginnings of a rash, it made my skin a bit itchy. Pros: Effective moisturizer Fragrance free, no smell Good value for the price Good for sensitive skin Cons: Doesnt fully absorb, leaves oily residue on skin If you apply it on a rash, this may make the rash itchier I have found a better moisturizing cream (Infinite Aloe), but its very expensive, so this one is a good alternative.

All the Vanicream products are fantastic. And Ive tried Every.Single.Skin.Product there is - natural, organic to items like CeraVe and (of course) Cetaphil. Nothing has been as effective and as great for my skin as Vanicream. I now tell all my siblings about it in Canada. HIGHLY recommend.

This was recommended by my dermatologist as a good daily moisturizer that isnt greasy. I generally use Aveeno, but decided to try Vanicream with the hope that it would become a staple lotion for me. I like it. Moisturizing my hand was the test. My hands are very dry and almost every lotion I have tried has filed to provide moisture for any length of time. Vanicream passed the test. For me, Aveeno does provide moisture a bit longer than Vanicream, but there isnt a significant difference at all. I really like this product. I like it so much that I have purchased a jar for a family member so they can experience it and it will be one of my stole products.

It is an incredible moisturizer! I started off using as much of it as I would Cetaphil and found it quite heavy but Ive almost halved what I used and it feels light while still moisturizing well. A little goes a long way. It has no scent once applied which I like and no questionable ingredients.

It’s fine. A bit stickier as you apply compared to cerave, but it goes away as cream absorbs into the skin. I usually buy Cerave but wanted to try vanicream since everybody recommends it as a cheaper alternative. Well, it wasn’t cheaper really. And as I understand doesn’t have ceramides and other good stuff that Cerave has. It smells a bit off to me too. If it was $9 instead of $13 I would say it’s a good alternative. But a buck or two (or in case of a coupon -$0 ) dollars difference doesn’t make it a worthy contestant. CeraVe is nicer in terms of texture, almost no smell compared to Vanicream moisturizer, and has ceramides.

My sons pediatrician recommend this for my baby at just a couple months old who had eczema. Its very gentle and moisturizing and soaks in well as it dries. It has no scent at all, not even that unscented scent of old lady smell. Vanicream has a face moisturizer too but I have been using this on my face since I too have a little exzema. Of its gentle enough to put on my 2 month old, why not my face? It doesnt even cause acne for me and I usually have pretty picky skin on my face. Love this. We keep it in stock at our house.

A thick, smooth moisturizing cream that helps restore and maintain a normal moisture level. Helps soothe red, irritated, cracking or itchy skin. It is as gentle as it is effective on even the most delicate skin. Ideal moisturizing formula for dry skin associated with eczema, psoriasis, ichthyosis, and winter itch. Kid-friendly.
