> 24 hourThis monitor was my step into the world of 240hz gaming and this is the most welcoming introduction I have had. The picture quality is actually quite decent, but if you are a fan of anything higher than 1080p, you may want to check elsewhere. Higher resolution aside, the picture quality is still very crisp, the color is great, and my games still look stunning. The 240hz refresh rate is smooth as butter, and I am able to aim perfectly with it. I would recommend this to anybody!

> 24 hourSo I have had this monitor about 8 months now. Its been great but running into a little issue where the monitor randomly shuts off for a second and comes back on. Everything is as advertised, 240hz, picture quality is nice but takes a lot of tweaking. The overall build it nice as well. Will update with how the RMA process goes. **Update So the RMA process wasnt terrible. I filled out their form online which then sent an automated email back. From there it said give them 24-48 hours to respond. Once they did they asked me a lot of the information that was already in the form I filled out, what was wrong with the monitor, and for some pictures. I did all that and they after a day or two sent back the RMA. I wasnt able to get it back right away but they were kind enough to extend the RMA another 30 days. I ended up needing to pay for shipping (they give you an option to buy a 15$ shipping label from them) and I had to package it all up. They were going to hold me responsible for any poor shipping and if it was damaged during shipping they would hold me responsible for that as well. So I got a small TV packing box and shipped it. They said once they received it it would take 5-20 business days to evaluate it. If they had found that the damage was caused by me they would charge me the cost to repair it plus labor. If the damage was under warranty they would take care of it. So about18 business days later I did receive the monitor back. It appears to be in working condition and from what I can tell at the moment the issue has gone away. There was nothing with the monitor stating why it wasnt working or what work they did. That information would have been nice to have as now I am guessing what they did. I am not 100% certain if they just replaced my monitor with a new one or just repaired it. The settings seemed all the same as what I had so I believe they repaired it. Feedback - Wish the RMA process was a little more user friendly. Doesnt make sense to make me fill out a form just to have me rewrite all the information all over again. Would have been nice to have not been charged shipping on an RMA issue. I dont mind even paying it up front but it would have been nice to have been refunded. I understand its only 15$ but it was a warranty problem to begin with and its the principle of the matter. Would be nice to know what actually was done to the monitor. Some kind of communication stating what was done to fix the monitor would be great. Overall I still like the monitor and the RMA process wasnt terrible. Could be improved for sure but they did take care of things. If the monitor has the same issue again I will update this review. I am bumping this review up to 4 star as I still do believe this product is good and the company did take care of things.

> 24 hourI received this monitor and immediately noticed dead pixels. I set up an Amazon return and replace only to have the seller (VioTek) cancel my replacement twice so far. So much for their No dead pixel guarantee. Buyer beware.

> 24 hourMonitor had black screen upon opening package and plugging in. Several hours spent changing display settings and using different display cables/updating drivers to no avail. This model of monitor is faulty. If you read other reviews that arent bots saying best monitor ever youll see almost every review on the the monitor and subsequent replacement monitors all stop working within 4 to 12 months of purchase or dont work at all to begin with. Amazon should not be carrying and/or promoting faulty merchandise or the companies producing said merchandise.

> 24 hourThe first one I ordered had a dead pixel (or two) in the bottom left corner, which was sort of bearable, but Viotek has a dead pixel warranty, and its $300 so wanted to get good value for that money. The second one had 4 or 5 defective pixels on black. I was joking with a friend that this might happen with the replacement, but didnt expect that it actually would. I didnt even bother taking the time to set it up this time; just took the monitor out, plugged it in, and ran the Eizo monitor test. If youre even a little OCD, you might want to reconsider this model, or take the gamble and see if youll get a better result than I did. Im probably going to be getting an ASUS, LG, Gigabyte, or MSI monitor, though the specs (on paper at least) probably will not be as impressive as this one.

> 24 hourthe picture quality, refresh rate, and price are amazing, however ive been having a lot of issues with this monitor. maybe once every 2 weeks it will randomly black screen for 10 minutes, or display an error message out of range and have a messed up resolution that requires a restart. there is no discernible cause for these errors but they are disruptive. they are fixable so its not the worst but it has interrupted a handful of ranked online matches and its been a little frustrating.

> 24 hourAmazing monitor!! The price to performance is just unreal! 180hz of screen refresh rate for at the time I bought this monitor ($279) is just crazy good value. I came from a 60hz monitor and I do not like Vsync and the input lag it brings so Ive played with it off but the screen tear would sometimes be annoying and blur my line of sight in FPS games and I couldnt really find any information about whether a high refresh rate monitor would eliminate the tearing people would experience while running Vsync off and no Gsync/Freesync so that they can achieve maximal input response in competitive gaming situations. Well I have some good news!!! This monitor allows you to play games with NO VSYNC/GSYNC/FREESYNC while virtually eliminating lets say 99% of all screen tearing caused by no Vsync due to the raw processing power at which the monitor updates(180HZ)!The monitor processes it fast enough to almost entirely eliminate it.( any screen tearing effect you see if you even see it is virtually non existent!) So yes a high refresh monitor is necessary for those who want clarity, no screen tearing and the benefit of the lowest input lag all while being able to see your targets clear as day. If you want picture perfection with very little input lag you can also opt to use G sync Or Freesync on this monitor if so you wish! (With this powerful of a monitor I recommend Vsync off since you benefit with the least amount of input lag with nearly the same picture quality when it comes to screen tearing) Side note!!! If you are buying this for Xbox Series X I was not able to figure out how to run 1440p 120hz even when trying various video settings on both the monitor and Xbox Series X. There may be a work around or something Ive missed but Ive tried nearly every option I could find/think of and my Xbox would only do 1080P@120hz. For a PC this monitor has no issues and 180Hz shows up just fine!
