> 24 hourSo, I bought one of these to see how well it works and I am fairly happy with my purchase so far. I will just attempt to list the pros and cons as briefly as I can: PROS: 1) Can clean virtually any surface (even wood if you are careful and dont let it saturate the wood to the point where it starts to peel or warp). 2) Easy to move around with the wheels. 3) The attachments are fairly straight forward and easy to use. 4) Holds a lot of water for nearly an hour of steaming before it needs to be refilled and reheated. 5) Easy to switch on the steam and automatically shuts off if you release the lever. 6) Powerful enough to blast nicotine and other stubborn stains off of the walls and ceilings of an old apartment that we are cleaning (so much so the ceiling tiles I have done so far look as though they were painted compared to the ones left untouched. 7) Takes dirt off of floors (albeit with some continued effort) that are nearly 50 years old. The tiles I have done thoroughly are revealing their true color which was a bright white at one time, while the rest around them are still yellowed that have yet to be steamed. 8) Doesnt take too long to heat (roughly 15 minutes -- time you can use to do other cleaning before you steam the floors or whatever. 9) long hose (about 6 feet or so) and two extending arms aid in cleaning ceilings and other higher up surfaces. 10) Not too heavy to carry from room to room or up and down staircases. CONS: 1) There is no visible reservoir to judge the water level. The solution I have found to solve the issue of potential overflowing is to wait until the steamer simply stops producing steam. This way you know its empty inside and then use a measuring cup to measure out 48 ounces of water (the maximum amount the reservoir can hold) and then when you add it you wont have to worry about overflow. 2) The hose, while it is long, easily twists up even after just uncoiling it. I would liken it to a phone cord in the way it twists up so easily. While it is a nuisance at times, it is not that big a deal. It does easily stretch back out and uncoil if you lift it up to do an area up high. 3) The only on-board storage is for the two tiny brush attachments that come with the machine to do cleaning of grills and grout and other surfaces that require a good stiff brush to clean. However, I just keep the other attachments on a shelf when not using them. 4) The machine only comes with one pad, which is essentially cheap terrycloth. While it is certainly machine washable or easily hand washed in the sink, it could become tiring having to do this all the time. A solution I have found that works well is to get a white towel and cut it into pieces using the pad that comes with it as a guide. These hand cut pieces works fairly well if properly clipped on and seem to even have more absorbency than the one that comes with the product. On a side note extra pads can be bought from the company for 11 dollars for three (fairly inexpensive compared to Shark steamers that charge 20 dollars for two pads). 5) When you first start to steam an initial blast of water typically comes out. Not too big of an issue either simply spray into the air or onto a towel or into a cup to get that initial water blast out of the way then you are good to go with a great supply of steam cleaning power. 6) The power cord is perhaps one of its greatest cons, as it is only about 2-3 feet long. Again, easily rectified by using an extension cord. You can use a 50 footer as I do so that you do not have to worry about unplugging it and plugging it back in multiple times. 7) The buttons you have to depress to remove attachments tend to be a bit sticky (even after only a few days of use) just be careful to depress them completely by pushing down right on the center of them before pulling off any attachments. 8) The red light will come on quite often (sometimes less than a minute after getting the green light that it is ready to go and at max temp. This does NOT mean you cannot still use it. It may be a faulty sensor or it could just be that it fell a few degrees below the max temp, nevertheless it still works great even when the red light comes on. Do not let it alarm you and make you think you have to stop repeatedly as one reviewer stated when cleaning his floors. Overall, I am rather impressed with what I have done with the steamer so far and look forward to continuing to use it to get this apartment in tiptop shape for renting. For the price of under 100 dollars it seems to be a great option to get the job done. Dont expect miracles, but do expect to be pleasantly surprised with what things you can clean. I have done floors, walls, ceilings, windows (which it does beautifully with the squeegie attachment, might I add) tiles, wood (even though the manual says it isnt recommended -- see my comment from above regarding using the product on wood), toilet, sink faucets, stove tops, and even metal doors with great success. It also can be used on furniture (again be careful not to overly saturate the upholstery so as to prevent molding), curtains, and even clothing (of course check your labels to make sure that steam wont damage a particular fabric). I say, so far at least, that the product is worth the money and will be beneficial to you to assist with cleaning. It makes cleaning much easier and with no need for chemicals it is a very ecological cleaning option. Remember everyone has different experiences. Give the product a try and I dont think you will be disappointed. Plus, if you should find you dont like it, Amazon has a great return policy! Happy Steaming! EDIT: 2/11/13 Used this guy on my aunts linoleum kitchen floor and it took white paint from when my grandfather painted her kitchen 8 years ago right off...every spot of paint is gone. She had been trying for years to get it off and this worked like a charm in a matter of minutes it was all gone as though it never had been there in the first place -- also it has cleaned tile floors that were 50 years old that always looked dingy and yellowed no matter what I did..now the tiles look bright white again...after these two experiences had to update this to 5 stars.

> 24 hourOk so I just only received this yesterday. I started it up today and I have vinyl flooring. I have 3 teenagers, dog, and 2 cats. I’ve bought so many steam mops over the years. This machine is bada**!!! My floors have never looked so good and fresh!! I also used it to dust my tv console shelves - was amazing and fast!!! I tried using it on my oven like the video but that didn’t really do much. But man I can’t wait to do it on my mirrors and windows!! The cord was REALLY short so an extension cord is needed if you are going to do large area.

> 24 hourI wish that they had a better attachment selection like the McCulloch steamers. That being said, it works really well but make sure it has what you need.

> 24 hourI guess my expectations were skewed from various infomercials about steam cleaners, but when I purchased this unit, I was primed and ready to point this thing at everything, and everything twinkling in the sunlight. Or at the very least, getting clean. First off, it does do a great job with certain applications. My favorite thing to blast was corner and seam build up of mildew or that weird pinkish stuff that grows in wet bathroom and kitchen seams. This isnt so much a testament to the cleaning power of the steam, but rather the force in which it expels. Its able to blow away that stuff from their crevices and get it out. Take for instance, toilet seat hinges (EEEWWWWWWWW). Especially if you have a male in your house that doesnt aim well. This will get in there, and get everything out. So clean a drunk frat boy could eat off of it. It also does a good job on anything youd think hot water would work on. Kitchen grease for instance. The one thing that REALLY surprised me was grout. This thing does a great job getting grout clean, but it sure as hell doesnt blast it away. You have to scrub just as hard as you would any other stubborn stain, so dont expect miracles by pointing this thing at grout and laughing maniacally as dirt gets scared and runs away. What did it not work on so well? For starters, my grill. I really wanted my grills metal to shine through after I pointed the Wagner at it. No such luck. I should preface, its a new grill, only used it 4 times so far, so no considerable build up. So as far as what it will work well on, and what it wont, heres the jist. If the thing youre trying to clean would have required you to scrub if you just used a sponge and some cleaning solution, itll still need to be scrubbed with this. The steam merely acts as the cleaning agent, not as some miracle purifier of dirty and stained things. I also dont like the size, although I knew that going in. Size seems to matter when it comes to power steamers, but its just too much damn hassle to use regularly, which Id like to. All the tools and peripherals that dont have a home on the unit (they just sit around), the 15-20 minutes of heating time, the releasing of steam and water when youre done... its just too much to use often. I will say, once you get started, the steam lasts for a long time. Sometimes I just hold the damn hose in the air and play with the steam coming out. The downtime inbetween re-heats doesnt bother me too much. If something doesnt get clean in 1 minute of blasting, it likely will not get any cleaner with 10 minutes of straight blasting. A big... big.. BIG minus.. is the exclusion of some sort of water level indicator. Why the heck Wagner did not build one in is beyond me. You have absolutely no idea how much water youre putting in, or how much you have left when you use it. All in all, I bought it mainly because Ive always wanted a power steamer. Ive always had fantasies of pointing it at my non-existent outdoor brown wicker furniture to discover theyre actually pure white, or steaming the brake dust off my non-existent BMWs wheels (which still may work, havent tried). It does seem to do a great job of nooks and crannies, which that alone is worth it enough to me, but honestly, this thing is not going to replace a quick scrub down with some 409 and a paper towel. Cleaning solution + paper towel = 30 seconds and a clean surface. Wagner Power Steamer = 30 minutes for that exact same job. When you use it, you have to commit and just clean the whole damn house, and then your neighbors. Make it worthwhile.

> 24 hourAMAZING! We live in a SUPER old building in LA-one that was covered in LA grime when we got here and no cleaner or tool has been able to remove it…Until now! I should have taken more before and afters but you get the point. Few minor things that could improve this product. Maybe a slightly longer cord. A foot or two. A water level indicator. It’s a guessing game. And when turning it on, a decent amount of water pours out…I’ve made several messes on things I would have preferred not to. Have some towels handy, but once the steam gets going it’s magical. I have a few blisters from using it for a week straight several hours a day, so maybe a little padding on the handle would be nice. All in all, it’s magic.

> 24 hourOnly issue I had with this steamer is that once ready to use (heated up) there is an excess of water that comes out before the steam. Other than that it is great.

> 24 hourWorks great on interior plastic as well as the cloth seats. It even got a stain out that’s been there for the past 2 years. My new favorite tool.

> 24 hourThis spits a lot of water so if your trying to detail a car you need to spray out into the air first so you dont saturate the seats

> 24 hourThe steam cleaner itself is great, but the attachments are junk. I have had multiple pieces break and melt and the company is not generous in fixing the problem. I am no longer able to use the cleaner because of broken pieces and I’ve only had it a year.
