Opened box read the English part of book. Put 40 oz of reverse osmosis water into tank with supplied funnel and 16 oz measuring cup. Plugged in on kitchen counter near sink. Depressed start switch. Waited for orange light to go out selected the squeegee to do glass cooktop. In twelve minutes the orange light went off. Squeezed trigger nothing happened. Shah it has a safety lock for both the on and off positions. In forty five seconds the top was spotless and a quick wipe with INCLUDED rag. Then I went on to use different attachments on it for various parts of the kitchen. Cabinet doors around knobs and custom molding all spotless with no real labor to speak of. I had done the floor yesterday with both of my robots and one had mopping attachment in use. This steam could easily get under the cabinet overhang that the robots cant effectively mop. The floors appears shinier after they dried than before. Cleaning the air circulator on my air fryer went without a hitch. Cleaned it in dry sink with the angled fine point tip. I got done after about an hour doing the kitchen and a couple of the granite floors. Very pleased with its performance overall. While cleaning the different pieces I began thinking of what soon became a rather lengthy list of jobs I could make a lot easier with this little steamer. Will be back later in summer to follow-up

People said this steamer had little run time before it needed to rest and recharge. My opinion on that subject is, so what, rest for a few minutes while it gets ready to blast away your mess! I had a very bad stain (hair dye) in my shower. Apparently, someone likes to dye their hair in the shower! Anyway, Ive tried everything to remove that messy stain and nothing worked. As soon as I got this Wagner 915 steamer, I just sprayed some Scrubbing Bubbles on the stain and with a few passes of the steamer with the included scrub brush, that stain was history. I had to stop a few times to allow the steamer to heat back up but I used those few minutes to rest and when I got ready to go back at it, the steamer was ready also! The way I see it is, if it works, its worth the money, time and effort. Like I said, I just gave up on that stain and just figured it would be there forever. Not anymore!! After I shut the steamer off and showered, I saw a few light spots I missed but thats only because the foam from the Scrubbing Bubbles was over it and I couldnt see it well enough to get at it better. I also used the steamer at full blast so that could factor into why it needed as many stops to reheat as it did. I believe I only stopped four times during this project. I expect to be able to remove that stain completely once I treat the shower floor a second time. As of right now, I am in disbelief over how it removed that dye stain. I scrubbed at that stain with all kinds of stuff but nothing worked. I barely used full force, as Ive done before with other products, and it did a 100% better job than I expected. I was also impressed with how well its made. All the neat attachments and how well they connect together! The steam is very well concentrated and only escapes from the area of this unit it is meant to escape from, your target tough spot. I bought my daughter one because she believed she might have bed bugs. I read that direct blast of steam will kill any bed bugs. We dont know if she had bed bugs for sure but if any bug could survive that amount of heated steam, theres nothing else that could kill it anyway! Like I said, nothing I tried would get that stubborn stain out of the shower but this baby did the trick ten fold!!! Get the job done and dont sweat the small stuff. I am looking forward to some seriously bad carpet stains I have. After what Ive seen, I am confident this steamer will do a fantastic job.

This should go w/o saying: but make sure you know the material is safe to steam PRIOR to using. Obviously read your all of your manual PRIOR to using. ( My surfaces were fine) Purchased a few weeks ago. Finally used it in a couple of different ways: in bath used on tile in showers / bathtubs & sinks & floors on hardware. Worked great for all of these ..I used the smallest sprayer nozzle for all these areas ( other than the floors) While it didn’t take my grout back to its original clean —it did lift off a very good amount of surface soiling. You could definitely tell the difference. I also used on my sealed wood floors & again you could really tell they were MUCH cleaner. The ONLY con(s) would be 3 things thus far : Biggest for me was : that handle is hard on the hands & if you use it for the entire duration of a steam ? Your hand will feel it due to hard surface of the handle. I will probably use some type of glove next time I use it. Other design flaws? The short cord. Of course I used w the proper /approved extension cord & also ? You have to really eye ball when filling the tank bc you don’t have visible tank line. None of these are deal breakers to me for the price point. Overall? For the money? This steamer ( so far) is definitely worth the it! It provides a decent amount of steam and power to clean. The manual says you get about 40 min of steam I found that to be accurate. I like that I don’t have to use chemicals to clean. So far I would recommend!

The Wagner 915 lifted the dirt off my linoleum floor. It whitened my brownish shower stall grout. Oven and BBQ grease melted away against 100 degree of steam. The bathroom sink and toilet did not have that strong chemical smell from cleaning products after a thorough steaming. With a bit of scrubbing effort plus vinegar, hard water deposits comes off tile and shower floor eventually. Glass and mirror cleaning is a breeze. More importantly, steam cleaning is now a fun chore that everyone in the family is lining up to do. Steam cleaning has its limits. My BBQ cooking grate has several layers of caked-on, baked-in char, short of chiseling, steaming failed miserably. It will work on week old grease but not years of major charring. Care must be taken when steaming next to labels of the BBQ controls. They peel right off after a good steaming. My wish list to Wagner is to have a trigger guard so you dont accidentally let out dangerous steam when putting the nozzle down or against something. Thats why guns have trigger guards as well as safety locks to prevent accidental firing. The brass brush should be stored brush side down to prevent from accidental finger poking. It starts to hurt after getting poked ones or twice trying to fill the tank with water. There should be a level fill mark to indicate how much water is there. This is important so you extend the life of your heating element and tank. The red and green indicator lights are hard to see when used under bright sunlight. Steam cleaning indoors can be quite loud so invest on ear plugs, ear phones or ear muffs. Otherwise, the Wagner is a good steam cleaning appliance. I like the long hose that holds up to stepping and crushing. The plastic material used for the attachments is reminiscent to the industrial grade Kirby vacuum cleaners. Everyone talks about how short the cords is but it really does not bother me. I just got myself a good extension cord. Use of distilled water might turn-off some potential buyers. I want this baby to last a long time so I will continue to use distilled water. I like the transparent rubber guard protecting the on/off toggle switch. Im quite sure thats there for our safety and protection. I didnt mind investing on cheaper small white towels specifically for wiping and/or floor cleaning. The floor scrubber has large enough clips to hold almost any towel material. As long as the width of the towel spans the scrubber, it should work. I find the Wagner 915 ECO Green, and a very good cleaning machine.

The product itself is great, it does its job, one fill can do a full room. The handle and the trigger are awfully designed though. Its cheap plastic, and super rough so after about 10 minutes of use your hand is raw, I now have a blister from it being rubbed raw. We even have a rag over it to help but theres only so much you can do. The trigger being at the bottom makes it very strenuous as well, other than that though it works like a charm.

If youre planning to buy this, be sure to invest in some ear plugs or muffs. Im not at all sensitive to the noise of most yard tools like leaf blowers, lawn mowers, etc. but I need ear plugs when I use this steamer, its very loud and high pitched. Also, be sure to use the red trigger lock button for continuous steam to save your hand from quickly getting sore holding the trigger down. So far Ive used the steamer to clean my neglected master bathroom and my living room windows. I love it! It cuts my cleaning time easily in half, maybe more, with these heavily soiled and difficult to clean (window sill and shower door runners) areas. I was particularly impressed with how well it worked on my windows. I have cats and they love to spend a lot of time there, leaving behind a lot of hair and dust, and the steamer quickly blasted all of that junk from the window sill crevice. Then I used the squeegee attachment and easily got the glass crystal clear on the very first go-round. Normally Id be spraying Windex and going over the same area several times, fighting streaks with a rag or paper towels. Id definitely recommend this steamer. The only drawbacks Ive found are that the cord is a bit short and theres no way to see the water level, but neither of those things significantly impact my use of it.

The whole unit itself is great as a starter unit. Depending on what your needs of use are for it i would’ve enjoyed it more if they actually made a triangle brush attachment for it as I’m a mobile auto detailer and this tools comes in handy at all times. Besides that Is a great unit.

I was looking for something to detail the inside of a car I just bought. The seats are light, and came dirtier than Id expected. This little thing worked like a dream. I ended up cleaning out my entire car. The different attachments are very handy. Although, I ended up just using a couple. I will say I wish the brush attachments were a little more sturdy. After once use I could definitely use new ones. It does take some time for the water to heat up. I ended up using that time to vacuum out my car. By the time I was finished I was ready to use the steam cleaner. It took about 15 20 minutes to heat up. One full tank ALMOST did the job. I ended up having to refill the reservoir once to finish the front of my SUV. The water didnt take as long to heat up the second time around. If you have extra towels. Use them. I ended up buying a pack of 50 terrycloth towels. Id say I used 10 to clean the entire inside of my car. Including the upholstery. All in all Id say it was worth the money. I can see myself using this to do some deep cleaning inside the house, or detailing the other cars we have. Super handy, easy to use. Cord was more than gracious in length. Attachments were perfect. Especially for the tight nooks, and crannies. The unit itself is extremely light weight, easy to carry. I also love the little storage container on the front. I will most definitely be suggesting this to people looking for something easy to use to for steam cleaning.
