> 3 dayWeve used this to remove wallpaper. Its great. The Wallpaper tool is very good. Just a few comments: 1- It says 40 ounces of water. The tank will hold more than 40 ounces, but DONT fill the tank all the way because you will get a rush of hot water out the nozzle before the steam begins and trust me - that is not what you want. 2- the cap on the water chamber is unusual. They made it so that when it is hot, you can try to unscrew it but it will only turn and turn until the cap cools off. If youre in a hurry put the unit under a ceiling fan and give it a while to cool off. You dont want to add water to the unit until the unit has cooled off a little because it will cause the first little bit of water to boil and splash out of the opening. 3- when you first start to spray steam, there will be a spray of the condensed hot water coming out of the nozzle before the steam. So I point the nozzle in a direction that can stand the water (it only takes a second or two) then when the steam comes out, you point it at what needs the steam.

Greater than one weekI bought this to replace my McCullough steamer for my detailing business. I like the Wagner better than the McCullough but it had a weakness - the straight attachment tip keeps breaking when using the brush attachment. That being said their customer service is second to none. Every time Ive contacted them they promptly sent me a replacement. While it is frustrating that it keeps breaking they know about the problem and stand behind their product!

> 3 dayOK. So there are a million reviews on this little gem. And whats one more. Well, for starters, I am basically trying to kill this thing. However I do have some precautions. Here is the deal. I have wanted an excuse to buy one of these things for YEARS. Why? Because well, Im a guy and I like it HOT!! Why else?? Well, you could say to add another tool to my arsenal! Yep That would be appropriate, however not all together accurate. My original reason was to clean the brushed aluminum rims on my motorcycle that seem to inevitably be encrusted with a permanent black pate of brake dust. I have scrubbed those damn things for HOURS and nothing seems to actually do it. However. Spending nearly $100 just to clean the rims on my bike.. yeah. Thats not gonna fly. The congressional blockage is thrown in every time and no-sir-re Not for this boy. Fast forward almost 15 years to current day. My family and I moved into an apartment that we knew was short term, however needed something immediate due to some rather unfortunate circumstances. But this is about the steamer.. Remember the steamer (said in my best Arlo Guthrie Folk voice) So the apartment. Oh yeah. So little did we know upon moving in that the landlord was subletting the inner walls of this dump to some rather un-welcome and un-wanted guests. Bed Bugs.. Yeah. I know. GROSS!! Not to mention just an all out pain in the vent! So you guessed it, we loaded up the truck and avoided Beverly. Road that is... We got out of dodge, we blew that clambake, made like a tree and left. Ok so that didnt work. but we did get the hell out of there and frankly wanted to make sure we left the guests behind. (Kinda like skipping out on them in the middle of the night) We left a fair amount of our furniture there, beds, couches, etc.. However there were some things that either had sentimental value, or we simply did not have the spare scratch to replace. we did a TON of research and discovered that these little buggers meet their Hemiptera maker at about 122 degrees Fahrenheit. I thought about simply breathing on all of them, but turns out they LIKED that. So we opted for some chemical assistance in some cases, some ground up fossils in others, and the almighty steamer for the bulk of it. Wait.. We were talking about the steamer, werent we.. Sorry, I digress. So we order this little gem and figure what the heck. Maybe it will work. well we steamed everything. and I mean EVERYTHING.. Somethings 3 or 4 times. The corners of every book case, dresser, drawers, under the desks, you name it, we steamed it. and I will be damned. THEY DIED!! IT WORKED!!!! So since we had this thing around, we might as well experiment at cleaning things: Counters Check Sinks Check Coffee Pots Check Toilets Check Dishwasher Check Fans Check (Although some of you were a little steamed at being steamed) Cats Nope Windows Check (Oh yeah, and BTW.. It works KILLER on glass. Steam it up, scrub it a little and wipe it down) Popcorn Machine Check Floors Check Walls Check Kids Check (They whine a little bit too) Coolers Check Refrigerators Check Freezer Check OK I am sure there was more, but I am running out of valid memory. So Monday my son goes into his High School to help setup his shop for the year. (He is a culinary student) and low and behold the outgoing class for the spring left them some rather entertaining presents. Things that were unbelievable at growing mold. So he calls me and asks if he can borrow the steamer to help clean up the kitchen. of course I agreed, well because I am trying to kill it of course. So last night I get a call from one of the chefs, asking me where I bought it, and how much it was. This thing tore up the mold like it had a personal vendetta against it. Cleaned things up to the point that they looked almost new again and between this and a little bleach the odors were gone, and the stainless was back to highly acceptable condition once again. So you ask. (or maybe you dont) Would you recommend this to a friend? - Tough question. I believe I would recommend it to a friend, because I want to keep mine all for me. Would you buy another one? - Only after crying because this one died. Is there anything you DONT like about it? - Well, yes. it should have a sight glass for the water level or an auto off at low level. - There could be a return water line in the hose. Where if it sits for a length of time the steam in the hose turns back into water no big deal, just have to have a place to squirt it. So all in all, I would have to say I think this is a great product and should be considered for a variety of uses. Thanks for reading. OH I almost forgot. this thing cleans those motorcycle rims like NOBODYS business. :)

> 3 dayUsed unit on shower doors and it worked very well, although it creates quite a mess. Tried to clean tile grout, did not work well at all. Used on some mold around shower edges, again did not work. Used on granite couter top and it did perform OK. Bottom line is Im unimpressed. Its like $150.00 for a window cleaner. May return it. Did return unit. Also did not like the refill process. Had to wait 30 minutes for it to cool down so I could add water. Then had to wait another 15 minutes or so for it to reheat. Lots of wasted time. I bought another brand which is outstanding and works very well.

> 3 dayWe just received this today and I had to try it out. I bought this with the intention of wallpaper removal. Seriously why did I listen to all those people who told me the steam removal wasnt worth the time or money on the steamer? If you have wallpaper and want it gone- this will definitely help! Not only does it ease the removal process, it makes the clean-up 10x faster. Last weekend we finally decided to tackle the horrid wallpaper in our hallway. We scored all the walls, sprayed the fabric softener and went to it. To call it a mess is a tremendous understatement. Took a bit to get it loose and then we had to keep spraying the solution to loosen the paper and glue. Scrape and spray. Over and over and over. The portions we did looked like a war zone. We kept slipping on the glue / fabric softener mess. My husband and I spent about 5 hours and got a bit less than half the hallway done. An hour of that was clean up. This is what I was told was the easiest way. It most definitely was not. A co-worker mentioned using a steamer and how much easier and cleaner it was. Enter the Wagner 915 Steamer. This made a chore into a breeze. Well its still pealing wallpaper, but you get the idea. I read the manual, put the water in with the included funnel, turned it on and waited till the red light went off. Placed the wall plate against the wall and held it in place for 20 seconds. Moved it and started getting an edge up. Once I had the edge up it was steam and peal. Spent about an hour, till the Wagner 915 ran out of steam, and got a good sized bit done by myself. There was less destruction the the wall beneath, much less effort, and so much less mess. I added about 48 oz of water to the unit and waited 20 minutes to begin. The hose is long and easy to maneuver, the wheels make it easy to navigate the main unit. The power cord is short, maybe 3 feet long, so I used an extension cord. I do not have tons of upper body strength and had no issues with an extender holding the steam plate in place. Our home is small, the hallway is actually the shape of the letter F. The kids couldnt go to the bathroom without being carried by my husband last weekend, now with the baby its not a problem. I know that may not seem like it would be a big issue but alas it was. Ive included pictures, The first is at the beginning of the session. The next image is the corner where we stopped last weekend (look at all the spackle!) and the wall I did tonight. The final image is when I was done- all I had done was throw the paper into a trash bag, no mopping at that point. I am not covered in slime, my home doesnt reek of chemicals, and my family wasnt displaced by the project. Definitely worth the money. I have no used it for cleaning yet, but will update when I do.

> 3 dayAfter reading the reviews I really thought that this thing would be a dud. Thank goodness they were wrong. This steam cleaner is absolutely awesome! I clean jets and needed something that would clean and disinfect well without using chemicals. I couldnt have made it better myself! To all of the idiots that were testing this steam cleaner with their FLIR, you must not know how to operate that either. My FLIR showed it over 212 degrees. To make sure I got out my thermometer and it showed over 212 degrees. This machine really surprised me, in a really good way! All of the stains on the plane that could not be removed with chemicals came out with this steam cleaner. After careful analysis here is my conclusion. If you are halfway adept and know how to follow instructions this thing will do exactly what it is supposed to. I took the cleaner home and used it in my bathroom and it does amazing on tile, grout, wood floors, toilets, windows, carpet, and everything I have thrown at it. I too have experience with steam cleaners that are over $4,000 and this thing does if not better, the same job. The bad reviews I have read on here really scared me before my purchase and testing of this steam cleaner. To the people that claim this thing does not get over 212 degrees: You must not know anything about science! Water turns to steam at 212 degrees, so if steam comes out of the machine how is it not 212 degrees? ......One thing I can say is be very careful not to put your hands ANYWHERE near the nozzle, you will boil yourself, and it will cause giant bubbles under your skin and it will be extremely painful. That goes for any good steam cleaner. Im very happy that I didnt go with the McCulloch. Wagner is known to be the best brand for paint spraying machines and this is right on par with those. Again.... I just dont understand where the bad reviews come from, obviously operator error because this thing is awesome. I bought this with my own money and nobody can buy my honesty, trust me, if you are on the fence and you have half of a brain buy it you wont regret it, you will thank me later.

02-04-2025Steam, heat and pressure was good. Heated up fairly quickly. Cleaned my floors really well as you can see from the rag. I thought my floors were clean and I was wrong. So A+ for the steam cleaning for sure! BUT the two grey brushes MELTED on the first use! The small one melted almost instantly, 5-6 swipes and it was totally smooshed. So fast in fact it left a residue on my floor before I realized it was melting. Good thing I tried my floor first and not my car!! The bigger grey brush took a few more passes but started melting also. The black ones seem to be ok for now and the other attachments are great. But that HANDLE!! OMG OUCH!! Those ridges on the handle DIG into my hand! So uncomfortable!! I could literally feel a blister forming after 15 minutes. You can see the red marks it made on my hand. Seriously, do these products not get tested before they’re sold??? I’m gonna have to tape a rag around it or something for padding because there is no way I could clean with that for a long period of time. Other than that, I’m pretty satisfied with the steamer for the purpose I bought it for. It definitely does the job. But I’m gonna contact the seller about the brushes because that’s crap. UPDATE: I did contact the seller and they are replacing my brushes. I was told that because I used the grey soft brushes on a hard surface, that is what melted them. I guess it is listed in the booklet that the Soft Nylon Brushes are “great for cleaning more delicate surfaces like leather” and they told me that I should use them on my car seats and carpet instead, no hard surfaces. They have been extremely responsive and understanding. I mean this was quick, within a day or two, even over the weekend they were responding. They are sending me out new grey nylon brushes. I will try them on fabric or soft surfaces only and see how they hold up.

Greater than one weekFor the price I have no complaints. It worked better than I expected. Now it has me looking at $2500 units... LOL
