For starters this arrived incredibly fast, and certainly before the promised date.

Works flawlessly with the playstation 4 original and the ps4 pro. Ive had no problem with data corruption and I was able to transfer all my games over to this device. The one thing I would warn people about is when you leave your ps4 on rest mode, and something happens where power is disconnected, then when starting up, the database has to rebuild itself and it seems like maybe thats how the data can be corrupted so I would try to stay away from leaving your ps4 on rest mode during a storm or something.

Had several of my sons PS4Pro games and data on this thing. I gave it to him as a CHRISTmas gift. Now, 4 months later, it doesn’t work. Even tried it on another PS4 and a laptop. And NO refund is what they tell me. I even bought the insurance for all the data to be backed up, but that will take 90 days, and all they do is send it to you in the mail, and I’m still out a hard drive to put it on for the PS4. Don’t waste your money. Zero product support. I will be going to Bestbuy to buy another brand and a better insurance policy
