Greater than one weekIt worked for 4 months and then just quit working. It isnt recognized in any USB port I plug it into. I lost all my games as well. It literally had 2.5 TBs of space left and it stopped working. Very dissatisfied with the product. Will not be recommending it in the future at all!

> 3 dayI didnt need storage immediately, but I put a few things on this recently. The Xbox updated and then this drive suddenly shot to 100% capacity and its unusable. It hangs when you select it and when you can, it wont list the contents! I would try reformatting it but Im worried I will lose all my content. I will escalate to Microsoft and see how it goes...thanks WD you really stung me badly on this.
