It’s already failed alot

You can buy this ssd because this is very fast as compare to old one. I made very perfect decision to buy this. the big thumbs up from my side is like never I give any such kind of rating to any product but I am so happy on this one you can also see the fast once you buy the product very easy to install very fast very very very fast you cant say very slow because it is very very very fast

Not sure what the deal is with the Linux kernel and this drive, but itll randomly go into read-only mode about an hour after my laptop wakes from suspend, causing the entire system to crash. I have a feeling its something to do with the firmware for the drive and/or a kernel flag that isnt set appropriately. It would be incredibly helpful for Western Digital to release firmware updates for this drive via `fwupd` as most vendors do for their devices. Ive read theyre already doing this in Windows and think they should make an effort to support their Linux users too!

Installed with a heatsink as my case runs a bit warm. Stressing the drive with a heatsink yields max temps of 46C.

Bought this for my computer to use as a boot drive and for some games. Using M.2 has really sped up the load times of all games and software.
