it is well worth the $, I cant believe I didnt buy this when I bought my denon AVR. It keeps my unit way cool, I used to feel just exhaust heat coming off the top. it is super easy to set up, just plug in and it automatically stays on, the mode setting is way easy to figure out, happy with my purchase

This cooling system blends perfectly with any audio system. I use the auto setting on a power amp that was over heating now the amp runs warm even when driven at full power for long periods of time. The fan noise never interferes with the music. I never hear them running, using medium speed.

I love the AC Infinity AIRCOM S9. I plugged it on and set it and it does it job. Im worry free.

Needed for my AV receiver in a closed cabinet that had shutdown due to thermal protection kicking in(Loud music for a long time). Since installing the S9, no more shutdown even after extensive loud levels. Only concern is that the fan is a bit noisy during quiet movie watching, but not annoying enough-just noticeable. The added protection far outweighs having the receiver shut down. Clean simple interface that just works.

Perfectly sized for a larger audiophile receiver/amp, the auto-sensing mode is fantastic and so far has worked perfectly keeping the receiver cool in an enclosed under bar cabinet, even when playing music or movies for 5 or 6 hours!
