More information as to how and why to set the desired temperature and max speed for auto cooling. The panel was a little confusing tome. There was a half moon with several leds after it. It would not have been difficult to just say the lights to the right of the half moon indicated the intensity of the display lighting.

This unit does a great job at keeping my AVR cool and I’ve found nothing comparable. The only cons are that the fan is audible when AVR volume is at lower levels. Also, it does not turn off with the AVR but this may be a good thing because it will continue to cool after the AVR is off. A small price to pay for keeping potentially thousands of dollars of equipment nice and cool.

Using them in my home theater rack to keep my equipment cool, they Exhaust out the back.I like the features on these units automatic thermostat temperature readings they kick on when needed and you can Adjust the fans up-and-down when needed.

This thing screams quality from packaging to construction sturdiness and quality, to performance. The T8 arrived in a tight fit cardboard box with foam shock absorbing padding, all tightly wrapped in bubble wrap encased in the delivery box. Upon removal from the box, it was obvious this product was constructed with quality in mind. It is well put together and details matter. I paired the T8 with a Denon AVR and, although the curved lines of the T8 do not match the straight lines of the Denon, I couldnt find an issue with it. The curved lines of the T8 complement the Denons straight lines, and truth be told, inside the tight confines of the AVR cabinet, it isnt really visible.

I purchased this unit to cool down my Marantz av receiver. The build quality is top notch, it compliments my receiver and works beautifully. This is a must have for every audio set up.

unit causes static on any radio connected to same power source , does not happen on tv or pandora ! unit does not have to be on to cause the static , jest plugged in ! tried calling # given with unit recorded message says no phone help only online sent an e mail wiyh understanding they would get back to me in 1 business day been 2 days nothing ! very dissatisfied !

Always had issues with receivers failing due to over heating and then came across this unit on Amazon so I gave it a try. I am very pleased with the product especially with the display and auto and smart settings. Does its work quite efficiently and quite. Will definitely buy more for my clients.

I have a quality home AV system with expensive components. I had concerns about by AV Receiver and Power Amp overhearing thereby affecting performance and longevity of the equipment. Not any more. The Aircom T8 performs as advertised. The fan operation is quiet: particularly in the Smart mode. It fits perfectly over my Marantz receiver (the SR 8012) and my Power Amp (Parasound Halo A23+) and the black finish matches perfectly, as well. I also have a Bryston 3B ST that I use one of these units for, also finished in black. If you want to take optimum care of your valuable equipment, then I highly recommend this product. It is priced well so there is no excuse.
