I am having a terrible time with this computer. I did not what S mode is---it is a big restriction on what you can load on your computer---for example Chrome and full Norton 360. I found out how to remove S mode, but I am still having trouble deleting apps I dont want. I am going to try getting it to work like my other windows computers. If I fail I am going to return this thing.

I like it, theres really nothing that I dislike.

I cant open emails, I cant download a browser that will let me open emails it has total control of the computer and will not allow you to do anything. Complete garbage and its going back

This is surprisingly good for the price and the specs, especially if you can do monthly payments with Amazon and while on sale, definitely among the better low spec laptops. Videos,Streaming, Browsing, Email, Cloud Gaming etc, itll do the job. Obviously not good enough for Normal Gaming besides stuff like Terraria/Minecraft and other low graphic 2D/3D games, but for Cloud gaming like Geforce Now and the like itll handle it just fine. The Laptop IS Upgradable to an extent, RAM and the NVME, only 1 DIMM slot i believe though, BUT you can upgrade the RAM to 8GB+ if needed, 8GB is an ideal amount though for good continuous performance.

hemos recibido la laptop sin un tornillo desde fabrica , al observa el mismo parece una laptop refabricada , lo cual pareciera que fuese manipulada anteriormente , soy ingeniero en sistema y he verificado con detalle el mismo , la primera impresion fue que no me encendia , he realizado prueba , la he dejado sin bateria toda una noche y no enciende , luego me percato que es la placa de fabrica que no funciona correctamente , lastimosamente estoy decepcionada porque para repararla debo comprar otra placa , ademas amazon o el vendedor no me han dado el derecho de devolucion o apoyo suficiente para solucionar el inconveniente , ya que devolverla me genera un costo y he tenido prueba que lo que me enviaron fue una chatarra que no enciende y no funciona lastimosamente deseaba un cambio o mi dinero devuelta y no hemos tenido solucion , revisen bien cuando reciban una laptop y no les pase la mia

8 GB of RAM is not enough to run windows 11 the laptop did not function properly due to a combination of windows 11 and windows 10 both being installed very disappointed. Also disappointed with the return policy waiting for UPS to pick up at my residence had to take time off from work and was never given a tracking number come on Amazon get with it

Bro, im not even through the setup process, maybe three things in, and it keeps freezing. Its been 20 minutes and still frozen. Ugly and slow, weirdly set up, 0/10 dont waste your time or money
