This was for my daughters homeschool, so far so good.

It does what I need it to do.

No real problems/issues so far but it is Microsoft so I am not holding my breath.

I received this product and was very excited. It looked nice and seemed like it would do the job. But it just would not charge. I tried every outlet in my house. Kept unplugging and replugging. It would charge for 5 seconds and then stop or not even pick up the charge at all. This was so disappointing. I called amazon and they were great with sending me a replacement item two days later. This is the worst part. the replacement came. AND IT HAS THE SAME problem!!!!! It held the charge for 5 minutes max and then stopped working. I am retuning the replacement and just getting a refund. Maybe this is why the product was so cheap.

small keyboard no manual of any kind not made well total waste

Outstanding quality and feature-rich. My only complaint? The touchpad doesnt have a scrolling feature at the sides.

We ought this laptop for simple computer work for a new small gym I opened. Barely 2 months after usage the training pad doesnt work. We have tried the fixes and finally gave up and...bought a mouse and a mouse pad so we could use it again. So not incredibly about that. Other than that though everything else seems to working so far!

Nice laptop for the price, especially on Cyber Monday. Added 8 ram to the current 4 ram. Just what I need, all for under $300. *update* The speakers are not good though.

This laptop comes with a moderately small SSD drive and 4 GB of RAM. The RAM is the minimum requirement for Windows 11 and it shows. Just after boot with no apps running the RAM is at 90% in use.
