Great computer, replaced a very old one that i had, screen quality is clear and crisp. Keyboard feels good. Track pad works perfectly. Build design feels great.

The laptop is overall good, but I always have to hold the button to turn it on, I have no clue on how to activate touch screen either, and I cant always scroll with the mouse pad, but its still overall a good laptop.

I tried two different types of DDR4 sticks to expand the memory and both failed. It cant boot after installed it, no any display even the logo... pls help advice.

This screen is not a touch screen and doesnt have a back light as described. Falsely advertised. Should be reported to Amazon!!!! I called Acer the functions do not exist on the laptop they sent me! Buyer beware, the photo in not the laptop youll get. Buy with caution!

Exactly what I ordered for, no problems noticed, machine working super fine with Adobe photoshop, Antlantis, and Archicad softwares. The delivery was super fast as well. Deserve 5stars and more

Has all the features as described. Great look, lightweight. Solid laptop. Reliable for basic uses like typing, reading, watching videos, checking email, surfing the web, etc. Opting out of Window S is an ease and highly recommended. One minor issue the solution to which I havent figured out is that whenever I take the laptop out of the house and bring it back, I will have to restart it to be able to connect to the wireless at home. Still a great laptop at a decent price. I bought 2 of them.
