The product I received worked but the back panel was damaged. The shipping box wasn’t damaged and neither was the product box. There is two big cracks i the back panel and a dent.

This product was great as far as quality and appearance but with it being in S mode it is very hard for a child to do homeschool work on it. Once taken out of S mode, you still can’t open applications or go to certain websites. This can be a bit frustrating for someone who isn’t familiar with computers.

I got this one for work on the road and it picks up the hotspots great. Perfect mobile device for the price.

When for know reason your working on something and the Blue screen of Death shows up I’m sorry I’m not taking a chance with this even with the warranty i just can’t believe it cause that screen came up on a my last laptop that’s why I was buying

Hated the fact the bios didnt allow booting from usb drives. Cannot believe modern laptops would prevent a user from booting a usb recovery drive. Maybe this unit was bogus but Im avoiding all laptops in the future. Mini pcs are the way forward!
