> 3 dayWould not connect to my printer which is less than a year old. Otherwise, Chrome is so much better that Microsoft product. Chrome uses a different operating system. Good streaming and Internet. All my documents were saved from when I last used them.

> 3 dayIm furious. The product description of this AcerSpin314 Chromebook specifically states that it is USI stylus compatible. I purchased it in July for my daughter at the start of her school year. Shes very artistic and we planned to give her a stylus for her birthday in October. Imagine our dismay when the stylus didnt work! We tried another. No success. After multiple chat sessions with Acer online support, they figured out that the model actually isnt stylus compatible. The product specifications clearly say that it is but because it was purchased through Amazon, they wouldnt do anything for us. SO FRUSTRATING!

> 3 dayI have been using computers for several decades and this is the most disappointing purchase I can recall. I actually did a lot of research before purchasing, and I was expecting a much better quality machine. The build quality is admittedly solid, and the screen is also pretty gorgeous, but the performance is surprisingly bad. It crashes almost daily for no apparent reason. WTF? My old Toshiba Chromebook was much better and more reliable than this one.

> 3 dayThe operating system crashed after 3 months. Acer wouldnt reinstall operating system because LCD screen had small crack. They wanted the cost of new computer to fix LCD first. I didnt expect them to fix the screen- just wanted something functional to get my son through the next 6 months of school.

> 3 dayBeautiful screen, nice keyboard. Fast and smooth. Only thing is that this is slightly heavy so not great for tablet mode. Other than that, its perfect for my home use. I dont travel with it much.

> 3 dayI have been looking for a good chromebook for a few months. This one has everything and more. The stylus is an awesome an addition. It loads super fast and the battery life is fantastic! Flips easily into a tablet. Syncs easily with my Samsung S10. Amazing.

> 3 dayThis is my first experience with a Chromebook. I have plenty of experience with Mac and Windows laptops, so this is new to me. My first impression is: wow, this is really fast! It starts up in seconds, and programs open up instantly. The battery life is excellent, with around 10 hours from a single charge. The battery life indicator consistently calculates over 10 hours after I fully charge the laptop, so the marketing claim of 10 hours is accurate. The specs on this laptop are pretty impressive and the hardware goes even further because it doesnt have to run the bloat of Windows or MacOS. The operating system is designed such that it wont get bogged down over time. Most of the file storage is cloud-based, and all of your settings, browser bookmarks, etc. are synced to Google Drive by default so you can do a reset of the OS called a Power Wash at any time without losing anything, although I doubt will never need to do this.
