> 3 dayBeautiful screen, nice keyboard. Fast and smooth. Only thing is that this is slightly heavy so not great for tablet mode. Other than that, its perfect for my home use. I dont travel with it much.

Greater than one weekIm not sure if its an Amazon error, or sellers just not being careful what they advertise, but the machine I received does NOT have a stylus pen included (no, its not hard to locate, it literally does not exist on the model I received) and this machine is supposed to be 13.5 inch and it is at least 3 inches bigger than my husbands 14 inch laptop.

> 3 dayExternal drives will not handle movies very well, very jerky, and does not handle a lot of Android apps. Samsung Tab A - 8inch. Is a much better product /option.

> 3 dayThe resolution on this Chromebook is horrible. I mean, gray, fuzzy, and outdated. I was flabbergasted. Had to return and spend a little bit more for the Samsung Chromebook 2. Now that’s a nice device!

> 3 dayI was able to find a Chromebook Spin 13 as an Open Box (but never taken out of the box) on EBay for $479. Id been agonizing between the hp x360 14 vs Asus flip c434, when I became aware of this. After some research, I quickly realized this is probably the best Chromebook (specwise) that you can get... and nobody really considers it because its largely for a Business Audience and the price isnt especially practical. If you are spending the retail price and you need something for business, youll probably get a Windows 10 machine. However, at $479 (no tax/free-shipping), it was a no brainer. High resolution screen, Stylus, Intel Processor, Fully convertible, back-lighted keyboard, great speakers, 10hrish life, great keyboard, etc... its really perfect. Would I have ever got one for $799? No, and Id have missed out. Anyway, if you can find one at a good price (or you just dont care about price), its pretty darned perfect if you want a Chromebook.

> 3 dayScreen: Excellent: bright with vivid colors. The 3:2 aspect ratio gives you a lot more screen area than most 13 laptops.

> 3 dayThis laptop is perfect for the person that needs a lightweight, powerful system for their business and productivity needs. Exceptional battery life even when running multiple apps at once. Crystal clear screen also is great for watching movies. The monitor height/width ratio allows for a slightly higher view area, so there is less scrolling when reading documents, which is important for reading reports or working on spreadsheets. Both the keyboard and the touch screen are very responsive and allows you to work quickly. If you are unfamiliar with Chromebooks, keep in mind that any software that requires a Windows operating system wont work. You will also need to download pretty much any software or apps you need from the Google Play store.

Greater than one weekThe operating system crashed after 3 months. Acer wouldnt reinstall operating system because LCD screen had small crack. They wanted the cost of new computer to fix LCD first. I didnt expect them to fix the screen- just wanted something functional to get my son through the next 6 months of school.
