> 3 dayGetting into gaming on PC and wanted the best bang for the buck so I bought this computer! Very happy with this computer! Can’t even build one from Alienware for this price. Buy it, you won’t regret it!

Greater than one weekComputer runs and looks great. Purchased as my first desktop from Alienware, and have been a long time user of their laptops. This unit runs MW2 (2022) Squad and Ready or Not with zero issues. I personally upgraded the RAM but otherwise the system is setup very well. Other users have mentioned issues with crashing or general issues and I have not experienced any of these issues. I have been running the system for about 3 weeks now with zero issues.

> 3 dayThe PC is good. Windows 11 Home is crap, and it should come with professional or workstation model. And, the PC keep making the click/switch noise after every few minutes even if youre not working.

> 3 dayNot too much to say, other than that its a really good computer that does its job well. I got mine used like new for like $700 off I think, and it was straight out the box

> 3 dayStraight out of the box, it did not power on. Called Alienware/Dell customer service and they had me remove all components and retest after adding each component back to test it out. Still didnt power up so they are sending a technician out to work on it. The customer service tech assumes it is a bad motherboard. Update: Technician showed up next day, did no troubleshooting and just replaced the motherboard. The same issues occurred after he did so. He apparently had no knowledge of how to troubleshoot so he called Dell support himself. Finally they all gave up and decided it would be best to send the POS to the dell service center for repairs. They sent a box which was undersized for the alienware case. I miss the original Alienware company before the dell monster ate it.

> 3 dayIve had several gaming laptops from Lenova and Acer and was excited to see the power of a Alienware desktop. Too bad Alienware is partnered with Dell. Beautiful design and the hardware and specs seems high end but a hour after getting set up with steam and game pass, Dell sent a software update. The audio for the games wasnt working so the update was mandatory. Almost immediately after the update, the computer went into a perpetual loop between a blue screen of death restarting itself and the Alienware logo. It was impossible to boot even into safe recovery mode no matter what. I spent a whole day working with Dell techs, who didnt know much more than me, I created several live flashdrive with windows updates and recovery systems on it to no avail. Ive worked around computers for over 15 years and have never seen anything of the sort. Dell literally bricked my desktop with their update.

> 3 daythis has been an amazing PC since i got it, i had a little issue with Windows 11 but was able to fix that by jumping back down to windows 10. Overall, everything i throw at this thing has worked with no issues at all. I mainly play GTA RP, COD, Fortnite and right now i picked up sea of thieves. I play on high settings and get around 90-120 FPS. I do think the ram could be upgraded a little bit and would look into getting 32GBs right away.

> 3 dayIve had issues with this machine in terms of performance ever since I got it. Not only was the memory severely underclocked by default, I constantly get performance lag when I alt+tab between a game and a window. What is worse is that it will randomly crash my computer. I will click into a game window and everything freezes then shows red, blue, and green pixels leading to a blue screen crash. After contacting Dell Support the last time, the issue has only gotten worse. Maybe I just got bad parts but I cannot recommend buying this PC.

> 3 dayOK I bought this computer for my business because I wanted a computer with liquid cooling. It sounds crazy but over time, dust an lint around my home block the cooling fins and cause my microprocessors to fail from heat. Since it has a screaming video card, I tried Star Citizen on it, which I have never been able to play, and it works perfectly. So all in all, I am very happy with this computer. Also Win11 was very easy to transfer all my old programs and files over. I only spent about 1 day in computer hell getting everything up and running.
