Amazon Basics External Hard Drive Portable Carrying Case

The case is sturdy and good however, please note: if you have a HDD enclosure that you buy from the market (internet, Frys, MicroCenter, etc), it will NOT fit in the case. This case is ONLY for My Passport. Your DIY HDD enclosure will be /12 inch longer than the cases length.

It seemed like an OK case, problem was though, that the Seagate portable drive I purchased here didnt fit. The corner of the Seagate needed to be jammed in, and it still didnt really fit. The bummer was that Amazon recommended that you get the two together. Oops. I ended up getting the Case Logic PHDC-1 Compact Portable Hard Drive Case at a huge electronic place for the same price they have it here, and the outer shell was a good bit harder. Anyways, this one would have worked, it was just too small.

Gives my drives the protection they need. Well put together, stitching was very tight and well done. Even after dropping the case it protected the drive.

Case was okay but I returned the drive due to radiation issues so I didnt need the case.

Fits the WD 3TB Red My Passport Portable External Drive.

This is an inexpensive but very useful carrier for my 1 TB Harddrive and the related cords. It even has room for a number of flash drives fitted in next to the cords. Keeps the cord ends from damage and looks good too!
