I have only had a few occurrences of this not responding as expected. It has worked fine 95% of the time.

I have two of these plugs now and really like them!

Suffered for years with various Wemo devices and after a Wemo rep finally told me that their old assets wouldnt work with the Apple Home app and that new assets wouldnt work with the Wemo app, we finally decided to recycle the 40 or so Wemo devices we had amassed and switched to all Amazon smart plugs. Setup per device and response time from app and via Alexa was 10x easier and faster than Wemo. Very happy with purchase!

Easy to install along with downloading Alexa. Bought two for when I am out of town, but I still use it when I am at home. Totally satisfied. Wished I had bought them sooner!

Love the way it work to turn off the light and can be set for every day use

I bought my mom a smart plug and used it for her lamps ..she is elderly and she loves telling alexa to turn on her lights.she spent a couple nights at my house and I didnt have my lamps smart..and she ended up falling..it wasnt good.so I had to get a smart plug and do the same for safety reasons.

I have no complaints. Its reliable and works well.

I used this plug to make one of our household appliances “Smart”. Plugged it in and added it to out Alexa smart devices. It took two minutes. Now we can turn the appliance on and off through our Amazon Echo. So convenient!!

Makes turning stuff on and off so easy. I figured it was going to make me a little lazy and it might have, but I can walk into the room with my hands full and just say turn on the light. And can turn the light on or off from the app. Love it!
