AMD Ryzen 7 3800X 8-Core, 16-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor with Wraith Prism LED Cooler

This chip is one of the best chips I’ve ever used, if not the best. 8 cores running in the near constant 4 GHZ is real fast. Games such as Squad and cyberpunk are very easy to run with this chip when paired with my RTX 2060Super. Has a low power consumption of around 65 watts which is VERY good for a chip this fast. This chip however does create a fair bit of heat which is to be expected from the speeds and performance this thing outputs. Make sure you have a few case fans with good airflow and you’re all good to go.

It performs. It performs well. Picked it up for under $400 during a flash sale. Best thing to happen to me in 20 years.

This Processor is everything I could have asked for and more. I am also amble to maximize my Corsair vengeance RGB PRO 3200 with this processor, without tremendous overclocking.

Nothing against the cpu itself but BE CAREFUL ON WHAT CPU YOU GET I ordered a 3800x and it came in a box for the 3800x but the processor was a 1700x. I would try a different seller just in case since this one seems to have the tendency of bait n switching. Oh and I didnt get the codes for the free games either.

Vengo de un viejo ya i7 2600k y la verdad que este ryzen no me ha decepcionado para nada, va bastante bien tanto en juegos que es lo que menos uso, como lo que si uso que es aplicaciones y programas de edición de fotos y video, se nota todo mas rápido y no hay cuelgues en ningún momento, y hablamos de programas también exigentes no solo juegos.

This was a replacement CPU for my sons rig.
