The best proc I have ever own. Paired with a nzxt kraken this proc gonna last for a while in my setup.

This is basically a better version of the 3700X. Better clock speeds and higher silicon quality. However I would only recommend getting it over the 3700X if you can get it at $340. The base price of $400 just isnt worth it.

I am in IT since 2000 and I was always a intel Fan boy, but I have to give a try to Amd Ryzen and this cpu is a blast. For your $ to performance there is no way to hesitate go AMD. I am sorry but Intel need to improve them cpu, and intel never do any discount on them overpriced cpu.

A beast. Make sure your BIOS is updated to support the zen.2. Update your chipset to ensure you can enable the Ryzen Power Plan in windows and you’re good to go! Have the EZ Tune feature enabled in BIOs, not overclocked and this thing just runs beautifully. Value for money, it’s the best processor out right now.

The CPU itself i am impressed with, in my build now in my MMORPG games at 150 FPS on Highest settings (except in major cities!) I was wary as being a lifetime Intel user and decided to give AMD a try!

I was pricing the Ryzen 7 3800x and found that the cheapest one I could get (by some £15) was from Amazon Warehouse. I have had great success and savings with them before (as the state of the packaging usually doent matter to me) however, this one was a painful discovery...
