> 3 dayEasy drop-in upgrade from my old Ryzen 1700 (non-x) to this with only a BIOS update. Currently running at 4.3ghz with 1.23v and sitting pretty at 27c idle. I can boot into Windows at 4.5ghz with 1.35v, but it didnt seem too stable. Didnt mess with it anymore and put it back to 4.3hz. Even though its rated at 105w, it seems to run cooler than my 1st gen 1700. Worth the extra $20-$30 I paid over the 3700x.

> 3 dayI use this pc for gaming exclusively...I only play A rank titles (eg. Destiny 2, Fortnite) at their highest setting and in 4k...my 2080ti runs flawlessly and I rarely experience any lag as a result of cpu failure or overheating and Im using the factory wrath cooler.

18-12-2024Unsure if it’s Ryzen or my motherboard. Running at ram speed of 3200mhz requires a lot of tweaking to get it stable. Some boot loops happen occasionally.

> 3 daySo, I bought this CPU for gaming and it came with a code for Assassins Creed Valhalla. I tried to redeem the code BEFORE the game came out and they told me that the promotion was over and the code was void. This was not made very clear that the promotion ENDED BEFORE THE RELEASE OF THE GAME. Leaving a one star review because of poor business practices.
