AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-core, 24-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor

Even though this runs so much better than what I have, things are so smoothed out, paying at regular retail (which writing this review is 569) is kind of absurd. I was lucky enough to get a discount to knock down the price to 399 and thats still pretty expensive. I would of paid half the price for the CPU but thats my only complaint. Its hard to find a good and more reasonable CPU right now. Otherwise it works as it should and handles lots of things that I throw at it. My gaming experience has upgraded so much. Next is the GPU that I need to upgrade.

The 5900x is an absolute beast the only complaint is the temperatures, it runs hot. If your going to buy 1 invest in a good cooler

provengo dal Ryzen7 3800x ed ho comprato questa cpu xkè avevo quella voglia di cambiare, ottenere quelle prestazioni in più in gioco e non solo ed il Ryzen 9 5900x ha soddisfatto tutte le mie aspettative, lho piazzato su una Asus X570 Rog Crosshair VIII Formula ed è impeccabile un missile superveloce, consiglio lacquisto senza battere ciglio, sè volete la differenza questa cpu fa al caso vostro

Beast of a CPU and very worth if you can catch this cpu at MSRP. Amazing single and multi core performance. While Amazon availability has been horrible you can find these at Microcenter fairly frequently. My complaint to Amazon is the handling was very horrible. Retail box was damaged but chip was luckily safe. Complained to customer service and was given a partial refund which was nice of them. Do not buy these scalped as they are becoming more readily available.

Yeah give this a hard pass unless youre willing to gamble and RMA.

24 cores, para andar levantando contenedores de docker a diestra y siniestra. Con una 2070 super juegas a 2k 120.fps.

Bought this because I like to have the best of the best but still wanted to stay reasonable so decided against the 5950x. Have been running with no issues at all. Does run a little hotter than Ryzen 3000 CPUs but apparently thats normal according to AMD. Overall, the best value in their new lineup other than maybe the 5600x! You can not go wrong with this CPU!
