It’s way too small for a Syrian hamster . I wanted to give my hamster a new home but it seems like the picture fooled me.

My daughter’s hamster, Rio, absolutely loves to sleep in here. To make it even cuter, my other daughter added some colorful flowers and other designs using non harmful paint to the outside.

The photo shows that it has a base but the one I got did not have one. Very disappointing!

I got this for my sons gerbils and they love it.

We had a plastic igloo for our gerbil and he started eating it. I thought that can’t be good for his health so ordered this. He loves it, he sleeps in it and he didn’t sleep in the igloo. It is lightweight but has a base stand so it’s stable. It has lasted longer than the igloo without being eaten apart.

Not happy with this item at all. Arrived with the base broken off. It has clumps of glue and residue on it which may be harmful if chewed by my hamster. I do not recommend this item.

Little hamster loves it.

Unlike others mine were well glued and put together nicely. I ordered two. While my mice will potty in them shortening the use of them (maybe, I have not tried to wash them yet) I knew that going in. They were a big hit so money well spent.
