> 3 dayNo website to get an instruction manual. User interface is only with phone (a browser interface would *really* be nice). Capabilities are learned only after walking through up to 6 levels of pages - really tedious. No time on (or time off) range feature, e.g. turn on sometime between 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm, similar for turn off. I dont do Alexa. Device has potential but plan on spending a fair amount of time trying to figure it out. Hmmmm is the app maintained to work with phone OS updates? Since there is no mfg website, dont count on this being supported well into the future...

> 3 dayThis item is great , easy to install and easy to setup , the only thing I noticed is the schedule options , I learn that you need to setup the on and off twice meaning , One for the smart plug to coming on and another schedule time for when to turn off . I just think most peoples dont know this . Thank You

Greater than one weekOnly a couple of times does one of my plugs seem like it works 80% of the time but it might be cause its a distance from my router? Other than that these are all hooked up to my Alexa and works great. I have almost everything automatic now. I dont have to go manually turn on and off lights, Scentsies, cameras, etc. All can be done while on the couch or even while Im out of the house. Had to order some for my sister.

> 3 dayOK, this review is after only one week of use, so I cant speak to the durability and/or longevity of the devices. Instead, this will be about how easy it is to set up the devices and use them. Its super-easy. Once I installed the app on my phone, it was a quick process to connect them to my wifi and then they seamlessly integrated with Alexa. I can use voice commands with Alexa, or I can use the Smartlife app and press buttons on my phone like a remote control, even off my home network using cell data. I mean, I cant say anything more about how easy it was to set up and start using these plugs. It took barely more time to set up each one than it took to plug each one into the wall and then the lights I wanted to control into the smart plug. It took less time to connect them to my network than it had taken for me to get my Echo connected in the first place. Im using a 2.4 GHz b/g wifi signal. Thats important. Especially the 2.4GHz part. These wont connect to a 5GHz. I power down my network every night, and these have no trouble re-connecting within seconds of power-up in the morning. My kids enjoy telling Alexa to turn lights on and off. I messed with my kids by turning the lights on and off when I was out grocery shopping. I just wish all my pre-existing fixtures could easily be converted with similar devices. Im spoiled.

Greater than one weekFast delivery but couldn’t get it to connect to internet . Multiple people tried so I think it might be a bad plug. I waited to long to return it so I’m not giving it a bad review . I’m sure the seller would have made the exchange . It was my bad .

> 3 dayAt first it was great! I have a ceiling lamp plugged into it. Got it synced with the app no problem Today 4.5months later (got in april) it began turning on/off intermittently. I first thought it was the outlet but plugged into other outlets and same result. Then whenever plugged in it does this clicking noise from the unit too. I’ve unplugged and will just toss. Really enjoyed it but should last longer.
