Directions are easy to follow, and easy to use. However this product is best used if youre in a very small tight space. In large areas like offices, I wouldnt recommend this tho.

Works great as a personal cooler. My AC went out months ago and its not in the budget to fix. So this personal cooler works well in tandem with a fan. Chills well even on lowest setting. Be warned that sometimes it leaks the water like a sieve. If you try and move it all with water in it, the water will leak out. Sometimes water will leak out of it if there is any left in there after use as well. I have it set up in a small plastic container because it leaks. Freezing the filter like it suggests doesnt really seem to affect the coldness levels coming out of it. I just run cool tap water into it and onto the filter and it gets chilly. Filter can be kind of janky fitting into the slot.

Works for small spaces like next to a bed or on your desk and nothing more. A few things to note: 1. Will not work if the air is already humid. Might as well use a normal desk fan if you live anywhere with high humidity. 2. It leaks. A lot. Maybe put it on something that will retain the water from condensation so it wont get all over your furniture. 3. Use filtered water only. Tap water may damage the misters due to clogging from minerals. Using tap water also may cause it leave a nasty looking white film on the filter and even on anything in the direction of the airflow. 4. Its pretty loud while its being run at full power. Its whisper quiet claim can only apply to its lowest setting. 5. Cheap plastic EVERYWHERE. Do not drop, as it will likely not survive.

Its alright for an hour or so then you have to fill it with ice cubes and water again to keep you cool. I usually but it on the table if I have a barbecue on a hot day but it gets tiring to keep having to refill.

Everything came as pictured. Followed the directions BUT if the room is hot it doesnt really cool it down but for a few minutes. Not worth what we paid for it.

I got my Arctic Air Pure Cool 2.0 yesterday and tested it last night. This works as advertised and does exactly what its designed to do. This is not an air conditioner with a compressor etc etc. It is a small, personal evaporative air cooler and works only to cool you and not the entire room. It works best close to you and pointed at you. It does blow nice, cool air and by following the directions it can be made colder. Technically these dont lie by calling these air conditioners because technically, an evaporative air cooler is a type of air conditioner. Personally I love mine and it actually made me cold last night (I bought it for by my bed for the really hot nights). Very well designed and easy to maintain. Just as I said, do not expect this to cool an entire room, the device isnt meant to do that. As I stated, its to be pointed at you, in close proximity, and filled with water, optimally the cartridge presoaked and frozen, put together and you turn it on to help best the heat and take the edge off. Think if it as a step up from just a tiny desk fan. Very good product though! Be warned, I do live on a humid environment and while this works very well, these are meant to be used on dryer climates. Just Google evaporative air coolers for more info on how they work and such,

It is not bad for the money you are spending, but I must warn you that it does leak like any ac would, so be careful where you put it, and it is small. I use it in my bedroom along with 3 other fans. It sits right next to me and for the distance of being right next to me, It is okay but do not expect it to really drop that temp down unless the room you want it for is smaller than a standard closet. If you want to have it sitting right next to you for say... a cubical.. it is perfect, nice and quiet, just make sure you put something under it to gather the water that leaks out.

I keep mine on my nightstand close to my bed. The air is nice and cool, fan, temp adjustable. Nice to have close by. Easy fill at the top, just pour in a bottle of water…or add ICE for even cooler breeze. Runs for hours on that bottle of water that filled it. DISLIKE: it has 8 different colors (why? I have NO idea) and it is irritating as heck. When you turn it on, the color comes up, you have no choice. So now you scroll thru 8 dang colors to get rid of them. I want it for COOL, NOT a party color. The manual on this account says nothing about how to rid them from the cooler. But all in all…..it is a great little cooler.

Cute, Compact design, uses a large computer fan to blow air. So if you don’t mind sitting next to your desktop computer while you sleep… otherwise after reading the other reviews the water tank is small.
