06-04-2025I have been using these packs in my freezer and fridge for years. They stick on the side of the wall so take up no shelf space. I love kinchee, and for those that do not know, kimchee will smell up your fridge and get soaked up by fruit if left unsealed. But with these space saver, I have left the lid semi closed and not had any odor problems. I have never tested it, but I feel that the baking soda packets in this dispenser has just as much if not more odor protection than a regular box of baking soda. It just has more exposed area and you dont have to worry about tipping over a open box of baking soda. Only reason I knocked a star off was because they dont sell refills to the dispenser and you have to replace the entire pack. But other than that, this method of keeping my fruit , milk and cheese smelling like fruit milk and cheese is perfect for me, this is the ideal choice and I recommend it.

> 3 dayThis says 4 pack and it only sent 1 so 1 for that price and not getting the other 3 is ridiculous! But they do seem to help and it’s easier and more convenient then the box of baking soda that usually gets spilled in our fridge.

> 3 dayWithin 10min the smell was gone. These are great! MY only gripe is that they are a little too expensive. I dont think I could afford a years supply. But they are certainly useful while I procrastinate cleaning out the fridge.

> 3 dayWeve been using the baking soda boxes for keeping our fridge fresh, but these are more convenient, cheaper, last just as long, and are really easy to replace. (We also put baking soda boxes - or whatever they are - in our closets with towels and stuff to keep them from smelling.) If you can get them at a reasonable price, its a good way to keep your fridge and freezer and towels from smelling. Would recommend using subscribe and save on a 4 to 6 month cycle to save money!

> 3 dayMy parents are from South Korea and they enjoy a lot of fermented dishes such as kimchi, pickles, fermented seafood (squid, oysters, shrimps, fish intestines etc). When I visit them I am AFRAID of opening their fridge as I can even smell those smelly food in the living room (OMG!). One day I decided to buy these for their wedding anniversary (lol a funny gift) and I called a maid service to clean their kitchen (of course I gave the maids fat tips for cleaning up anything disgusting and stinky). Kimchi and those fermented products are supposed smell after a couple of hours once theyre stored back in a fridge, but after installing one of these smell-absorbing stuffs repugnant smell was significantly reduced. Of course the fridge was smelly when I was sticking my nose inside but it didnt smell much in the kitchen in general. I havent tried activated charcoal pouches yet so I cannot compare them with these, but it worked well for my parents fridge. I told them to get more of those for upcoming years!

Greater than one weekI use these in my cat room and they help with the smell. I am going to try them in my fridge next but I keep a pretty clean fridge so I am not sure I will notice a big difference.
